About this property

The beautiful “Villa Tibur” is located near the centre of Les Issambres/San Peire in a quiet residential location. All the amenities of daily needs are within walking distance, about 650 m away. In addition to numerous beaches, Les Issambres offers all necessary shops, a petrol station, restaurants and bistros, two supermarkets and the marina with ferry to St. Tropez.

Designed by renowned architect Philippe Tallien with selected building materials, the villa has been renovated in a high-quality and tasteful way and has been furnished according to the current taste of the times. The spacious living space of 300 m² is gorgeous equipped for up to 10 persons. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offer a wonderful garden – as well as sea views. In addition to a large TV room with flat screen, a very spacious kitchen with a covered terrace, there are five air-conditioned bedrooms as well as four bathrooms and guest toilet. Kitchen and bathrooms meet the latest standard.

From all the terraces and the extensive pool area you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic sea view. In addition to beautiful Mediterranean planting, the property also offers beautiful shade-giving umbrella pines. The swimming pool with a size of 12 x 4 m is walkable via a comfortable wide staircase and on request a pool heating can be booked.

The property is completely closed. A boules court and parking for 4-5 vehicles are also available. Access is via an electric gate.
