This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, full-over-queen bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa. It features high-end finishes throughout and private laundry. Located in Breckenridge just off Main Street so you're steps from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the lifts. The entryway has built-in storage with mounted hooks, a bench and shelving for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There is also a dedicated workspace off to the side with a desk and chair. Off of the living area is access to the private balcony with scenic views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to cook a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just off of the main living area and features double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also private laundry and detergent has been provided for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a seating area with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. The guest bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

Great Property!
We were looking for a place near Breck we could stay for 1 night while we transitioned to a new ski mountain. We found this property in the Water House and took a chance - we were blown away. Very convenient to walk to town for dinner and the Quicksilver lift to ski. Condo was clean and very well kept. You know you have a good Colorado rental when there are fans and humidifiers provided in every room! The property came with ski valet and parking which was a great perk. The only negative was the check in process. You have to use the front desk of the entire property and they need a form from the unit management. When we arrived, they did not have the form and it took 30 minutes to get it cleared. That was frustrating with my kids sitting in a car waiting for me. But management got it figured out. Once we got into the condo, we were blown away. Highly recommend this property.

Water House stay
Arrival instructions were not as clear as they could have been especially since we arrived at 3 am due to travel delays. Desk manager actually said Summit County Mountain Resorts did not notify them of our arrival at all. Water House is managed by Vacasa which was not mentioned anywhere in my rental correspondence which made us unsure if we were even at the right place to check in. Unit itself was as described but not cleaned properly since there were some items left by other tenants (sock, wrappers) and it smelled of fried food as soon as we entered. I also requested that a light bulb be replaced in the master bathroom and although mngmnt confirmed the request, it was never fixed. However we did enjoy our stay very much and the location was great with available ski valet.
