Newly Remodeled and the Hot Tub is Open! - The Summit Chalet is a 2BD/2BA condo at The Corral and beautifully decorated with modern European mountain decor, a no fuss gas fireplace and radiant floor heat. The perfect mountain retreat for the family. A 5 min walk to the Quicksilver 6 Pack Superchair on Peak 9 or straight away to town allows everyone freedom of movement with no need for "meet-up schedules". Buses or gondolas are not needed, but they are available. Your Private 5-Person Hot Tub (not 2 person) is professionally maintained and situated on your over-sized deck (18' x 15') with a Weber Gas BBQ, new Patio Table and great views. Put your Car, Skis, Snowboards, Bikes, Snowshoes, Kayak and any other toys you bring in your huge Private Heated Garage. Owned and outfitted by a Colorado native to share with those who enjoy the adventures of the great outdoors. It's perfect for exploring Summit County and then relaxing after the day.

Check-In and Check-Out is contactless and on-site! Cleaned to CDC standards.

Free High-Speed WiFi (400Mbps & unlimited connections) is complemented by a 70" 4k HD Smart TV w/ a Soundbar in the Living Room as well as Smart HD TV's in both Bedrooms. The full size Washer and Dryer in the Chalet is critical for dry ski clothes the next day or a mud-free Mountain Bike Jersey.

The Chalet is a larger 2BD at 1100 sq. ft. which makes it roomy enough for families or gatherings with old friends. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably for group meals and late night games or poker. A fully stocked modern kitchen with granite counter tops provides everything you need to Chef it up and dish it out. The Cuisinart coffee pot can get the morning started right or use the Keurig for that special blend and easy late night tea or hot chocolate.

Located at the south end of Main Street gives instant town access yet avoids late night party crowds. All guests can also enjoy the large 12-Person Hot Tub (next door), Fitness Room, Steam Sauna, Game Room with Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey, 60" TV and Lounge Area.

No buses are needed but if you prefer to ride the "Breck Free Ride" and "Main Street Trolley" stops are right outside.

Perfect Breck Vacation

Kirk is an excellent host. He was always available to provide information and respond to questions. He provided a comprehensive packet on the property, amenities and instructions. Access to the unit was easy and my family had a great vacation. The unit was modern, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We have 3 daughters ages 5-11. We all found the unit to be perfect, including the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We all enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after skiing. There is a convenience store located next door to the condo which was great for odds and ends/snacks/water. The town of Breck is a very short walk to restaurants and the supermarket. In addition the walk to the mountain was also convenient. Overall a great stay, highly recommend and we hope to return! thank you Kirk!

Epic Stay

Wow, what a great vacation! Kirk went above and beyond in his communication to make sure we had the best vacation possible! From the restaurant recommendations to suggesting where we rent ski equipment (which was so convenient and easy) we were able to walk easily to the lift everyday. The house was fully equipped. We enjoyed our complimentary wine and our kids loved the hot chocolate welcome gift by the fireplace the first night! Thanks again for a memorable vacation

I was born and raised in Colorado and have skied, climbed, hiked, biked, flown, camped, and backpacked over most of this state and around the globe. Breckenridge is a special place created by the 1859 Pikes Peak Gold Rush and then re-established in 1961 as a ski area. I was 1 year old at the time and started skiing when I was 3. I've been leaving tracks ever since and know I can help guide you to the vacation memories you seek in the Rocky Mountains. Let me help guide your family to great memories.

Why they chose this property

The Summit Chalet is unique as it is situated on the South edge of town. Close enough to walk to the lifts or town and offset enough that you don't have the late night town party noise. I chose it because I can park my Jeep in the garage and do anything I want from my own front door. It's just like Europe.... automobile free.

What makes this property unique

My favorite aspect of The Summit Chalet is the relaxation-factor. Sure it's close to everything and you can walk. But I can also crack out in the morning and hit the fresh snow while the kids sleep in. They join me later in the morning on the piste and if I'm done early I head home while they keep riding. No "group organization" needed to start the day or meet somewhere at a certain time. Everyone has freedom of movement and can move at their own speed. Including relaxing in the Hot Tub, on the couch or in the electric "First Class" style recliners while others scurry about.
