A cosy 2 bedroom holiday bungalow with lots to offer

Seaside Bungalow is a fabulous holiday home newly renovated and superbly equipped to create a welcoming and warm feel. Set within beautiful woodland and apart of the St Ives Holiday Village it makes a great base for both couples and families seeking a super getaway close to St Ives and the many stunning surrounding beaches.

Internally the bungalow is light, bright and beautifully presented. With it's open plan kitchen and living room it is fully equipped and comfortable. Leading on from the hallway there is the master bedroom, family bathroom and second bedroom with twin beds.

Externally there is a pretty private patio with planted boarders and wooden bench. Perfect to sit and relax reading a good book or enjoying a nice glass of wine listening to birds singing in the surrounding trees. There is also the added benefit of your own allocated car parking space close to the bungalow.

With the many on-site facilities close by including a heated indoor pool and fume, sauna, children's play area, putting green, nature walks, restaurant, free Wifi Internet in clubhouse, shop, amusements, evening entertainment with disco & cabaret and the Foxy Club for children only to name but a few, there is lots to see and do you'll be spoilt for choice!

There is also a bus service which runs in season and goes direct from the park into Carbis Bay, St Ives and Penzance. Or if you prefer you can use the park and ride at Leant Train Station which runs along the amazing coastline into St Ives. The views are breathtaking!

Beautiful holiday bungalow!!

My husband, son and myself stayed her for a week at the beginning of September. It is a lovely homely cottage and was the perfect size for our family. There is one double room and a twin room so perfect for a family of 4 or less. It is located at the top and only a minute away from the John Fowler complex where there is a swimming pool and a club for kids and adults too. The bungalow is amongst the trees and near the nature walk which is also lovely. The available facilities are great, everything you need to cook meals. One small drawer freezer compartment and fridge space for your essentials. The décor is homely and very 'holiday like'. The beach is located about 10-15 mins car journey. We were lucky to find a church near carbis bay that allows you to park there all day for a voluntary donation of only £2! It has very steep hills but the beach is stunning! my son loved the beach, very clean and just gorgeous in every way. We will be returning again next year and can not wait!

Very pleased!!

We stayed here from bank holiday Monday until Saturday the 5th sept. The Bungalow was well equipped with everything we needed and extremely clean. It's situated in lovely peaceful surroundings so felt safe for my 3 year old. The owner is great to deal with, very attentive and always just in the end of an email :) would recommend to anyone visiting St Ives as its so close yet offers great value for money!

Ein gemütliches, ruhig in einem Wald gelegenes Cottage ( Bungalow ) in einem Ferienpark nahe St.Ives

Wir beide ( 40+ ) haben uns in dem kleinen Bungalow wirklich wohlgefühlt. Die Bilder auf der FeWo-direkt/Home-Away Seite zeigen die Innenräume genau so wie sie sind. Zwei kleine Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Bad. Die Küche mit Esstisch und der Wohnbereich mit mittlerweile grossem TV haben uns beiden für zwei Wochen ein angenehmes Zuhause geboten. Parkplatz fürs Auto direkt ( keine 20m ) neben den aneinandergebauten Bungalows. In der Reihe das dritte von fünf Cottages. Von den Nachbarn war wenig bis gar nichts zu hören. Hängt aber auch von den Nachbarn ab. Die Sauberkeit war für unsere Ansprüche gut genug um sich wohl zu fühlen. So war der Zustand der Fenster, des Küchenbereichs, der Sitzmöbel, der Betten und des Badezimmers gepflegt und sauber. Wer Großbritannien kennt sollte keine unangenehmen Überraschungen erleben. Die Vermieterin hat uns vorher umfangreich und schnell über die Mietbedingungen informiert. Freundlich und stets bereit unsere Fragen zu beantworten und uns Tipps zu geben. Vielen Dank an Lucy! Wir können es uns vorstellen dieses Feriendomizil oder auch eines der anderen, welche die Vermieterin anbietet, für unseren nächsten Besuch in Cornwall zu buchen.

Klein aber fein

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig ein Ferienhaus in Cornwall gesucht und hatten Glück bei Lucy eine nette Vermieterin gefunden zu haben. Das kleine Cottage verfügt über einen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, 2 kleinen Schlafzimmern und ein Bad. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber. Da wir uns aufgrund des schönen Wetters viel draußen aufhalten konnten, hat uns das schmale Platzangebot nicht wirklich was ausgemacht. Was etwas schade ist , dass man aufgrund der Lage inmitten eines sehr dichten Waldgebietes recht wenig von Licht und Sonne mitbekommt.

Just a few minutes drive from St Ives and the turquoise waters & white sands of Carbis Bay Beach, guests have everything they need for a truly amazing holiday!

It makes the perfect base to have many an adventure exploring all the local attractions.

Historic St Ives is renowned for it's cosmopolitan mix of restaurants and cafes, art galleries, beaches and scenery and whether you are simply looking for a week on one of the many beaches or an energetic mix of surfing, golf, walking or diving there is something here for you.

Refundable Damage Deposit £100

The holiday deposit is non refundable & is charged at 1/3rd of the full rate & is payable with personal cheque or direct bank transfer (for non UK guests bank transfer only). The balance is then payable no later than 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Full rental cost is payable for bookings made less than 8 weeks prior.

We also can accept online payments but please note the terms are slightly different with a 50% non refundable deposit due straight away and then the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your holiday start date. Full rental cost is payable for bookings made less than 60 days prior. There is also an additional fee added onto to the total price of your holiday.

Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.

Changeover day is mainly a Friday

Please note that from November to March the holiday park facilities are not open.
