Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Petite maison très bien située au calme. Belle prestation. Notre seul bémol sera la mauvaise insonorisation des pièces du au manque d'isolation des murs ainsi que la complexité de la bulle de la piscine à ouvrir et fermer.. Propriétaires disponibles et efficaces. Changement de la télé en moins de 12h.

Superbe villa moderne et confortable

Superbe villa moderne et confortable dans un lotissement calme. Spacieuse et lumineuse, cuisine moderne bien équipée. Jolie piscine entourée d'une terrasse en bois avec vue sur un terrain arboré, idéale pour se détendre après une randonnée à vélo sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables de l'île. Propriétaires sympathiques et accueillants. A deux pas du port de Château d'Oléron avec ses cabanes colorées et ses restos pittoresques. A recommander pour une escapade tranquille hors du temps.

Fantastique

Superbe maison neuve au calme et d'une propreté irréprochable. Idéale de par sa situation pour visiter les plus beaux coins de l'île d'Oléron. Piscine chauffée et couverte très agréable . Propriétaires très sympas et disponibles. Nous qui avons l'habitude de louer des maisons pour les vacances en France, celle-ci est notre coup de coeur.
