PRIVATE STRUCTURE. Casale Stolli is located amongst the green hills south of Florence, next to the village of Figline Valdarno. The property, situated a few kilometres away from the built up area, is ideal for holidays in contact with the Tuscan nature as it is completely immersed in beautiful forests. The villa, is built in stone, and is divided on three levels. The surrounding landscape is where you can enjoy from the beautiful pergola an area of perfect relax and harmony, here there is also a barbecue, which will offer the opportunity to have pleasant ‘al fresco’ dinners whilst enjoying the view. The owners, reserved persons, live at the ground floor apartment that is completely independent from the villa. They will not bother clients during their holidays as they will not use common space. The first and second floor with independent entrances, are at exclusive use of the guests, as well as the park and swimming pool. Near to the well known Chianti Area, the city of Florence, and to the Fashions Outlet present in the area, make Casale Stolli an ideal starting place to have enjoyable daily excursions all over the beautiful surroundings as well as a good starting point for a shopping.

Interior

The main entrance is located on the veranda side. On the first level there is the living area: well equipped kitchen, dining room equipped with a big table, nice sofas and working fireplace, a living room with another fireplace and a bathroom with bath tube. On the passage that joins the kitchen with living room, a stone stair leads you to the second level where we find another wide living room with fireplace and the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a wardrobe room with sofa bed for two, two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. Two French windows (of the wardrobe room and of the corridor) have direct access to the external area on a track that leads to the swimming pool. The pergola is furnished with table and barbecue.

Park

The park is about 700 sqm with many trees and garden. The upper meadowland level, ends with a stone staircase that leads to the swimming pool.

Swimming Pool

Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October is at guest's exclusive use. The swimming pool, has a bean form and measures 6 x 12m. The depth goes from 1,20 to 3,50 m. It's equipped with sun beds, chairs and tables. An external hot shower is also available.

LOCATION

The property is located on a side of a hill immersed in the forest but with nice views towards the Tuscan countryside. Casale Stolli is situated only few kilometres from the well known Chianti area but is also ideal to visit other interesting cities such as Florence, Siena or Cortona. Figline Valdarno rises between the slopes of the Chianti hills and the left bank of the Arno river and it’s located within Arezzo and Florence along the motorway A1 Firenze Roma (exit Incisa- Valdarno) and the railway line Roma Firenze. The railways station of Figline allow guest to easily reach the big cities avoiding the busy roads in high season.
