PRIVATE STRUCTURE. Immersed in the luxurious tranquillity of an old park, Tenuta Belgatto is a beautiful property just a stone’s throw from the beach of Fano. The main building is an historical, eighteenth-century residence that has kept, unaltered over the years, its architectural characteristics and décor: wooden ceilings, terracotta-tiled floors, rooms that follow on after each other and that are spread over various levels. The annex is a more recent farmhouse, probably dating back to the nineteenth century. This also has been renovated with exposed bricks, wooden doors, English-style frames. The vast park is crossed by shady paths and interspersed with benches and arbours.

Interior

MAIN BUILDING. The entrance to the ground floor leads to a large corridor. To the right is the main dining room, staircase and a second, smaller dining room from which 7 steps lead down to the kitchen and a small toilet. There is also direct access to the kitchen from the outside. To the left is a sitting room and a study. From the study 7 steps lead down to another sitting room with fireplace, also with access from the outside. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, one of which is connected to a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub. ANNEX. The annex is about 30 m from the villa. The entrance leads into the living room with sitting area and dining area, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an en-suite bathroom with tub. The staircase also leads down to the basement with the laundry room.

Park

The 2-hectare park is divided into 3,000 square metres of lawn, 10,000 square metres of woodland and 7,000 square metres of garden and orchard. Ii is impossible to list all the varieties of trees and bushes that are in it, so vast is the park. Next to the annex is a grass volleyball court and an outdoor dining area. Next to the main building is a pergola seating 12 for alfresco dining.

Swimming Pool

The rectangular pool measures 14 x 7 m with a depth varying from 1.40 m to 3 m; entrance to the water is via Roman steps and it has a diving well; it is lined in PVC and has active oxygen and chlorine purification. The pool is located between the main building and the annex and has a large, tile-paved sunbathing area, a barbecue and a cold-water shower, all contained in an area shaded by large, old trees and organized for alfresco dining. The solarium is furnished with deckchairs, sunbeds and umbrellas and the pool
