Refined Bright Attic Within The Heart Of Padova Superb Views On Hidden Gardens
This elegant attic has recently been restored by a famous architect. It is furnished with antiques and the exposed beams of the ceiling make a unique warm and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is on the third and last floor of a fifteenth century palace located in the heart of medieval Padua, very close to the squares and places of artistic interest. Its position in Padua’s restricted traffic area makes this apartment unique for peace and quiet. The attic is flooded with light and the windows overlook lush secret gardens. Its 85 square meters, consist of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower-bath and Jacuzzi, a large living room, a kitchen with fully equipped terrace overlooking the Duomo, a laundry room, and large closets. The large sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed, but please bear in mind that the windows in the living room do not have curtains but only external motorised sun blinds. This apartment is very well isolated from the outside extreme temperatures. The roof has been built with the ventilation system and the windows are double glazed with thermal glass. A centralised system of air conditioning and the under floor heating guarantee the best comfort in every season. The centralised vacuum net makes this apartment very easy to clean and it garantees a spot less maintenance.

A wonderful apartment
We have rented many apartments successfully in Italy, and this is by far the best. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is extremely well equipped; the abundance of wonderful markets in the piazze nearby made it unnecessary to go out for meals. The laundry facilities are excellent and easy to manage. The heating and air conditioning system is in excellent condition. Morena has set up the apartment to include everything guests need, even for a fairly long stay.
The only drawback to the apartment—a hardship only for people with physical disabilities-- is the necessity of climbing the stairs to the attic floor.
The apartment is ideally located in the centre of the old city, which hums with student life from the university.
Morena made us feel more like personal guests than renters. She was extraordinarily hospitable, greeting us upon arrival and providing whatever information and assistance we needed throughout our stay.
A perfect place to stay in Padova
A spacious and very comfortable apartment right in the centre of the city. A warm welcome from Morena, and lots of advice about where to eat and shop. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I certainly hope to return.
Padova was our hub for exploring the Veneto. We could not have chosen a more perfect apartment for our two-week stay. We made frequent day trips to neighboring towns, and coming back to Via Patriarcata was so comforting. Spacious, well-equipped, with stunning views of the Duomo and distant hills, this apartment was an absolute delight. The food markets close by in Piazza Erbe and Piazza Frutta were the best we've seen anywhere in Italy, including Bologna and that's saying something! During our entire stay, we cooked dinner every night in our apatment with all the wonderful produce, meats, and pasta from the markets. We can't say enough about our lovely hosts, Morena and Pietro. They know and love their city and they share all of their enthusiasm and helpful information to their guests. We only wish we could return their hospitality and welcome them to our home. Mille Grazie, Morena e Pietro!
Perfect location close to all the main Piazzas
We were welcomed by Morena who owns this amazing apartment which is within two minutes walk of Piazza Dei Signori, one of the most fashionable in the city. She was extremely helpful and provided lots of local information and a phone number to contact her should we have any queries. The apartment is spacious and light with air conditioning throughout, which we needed due to the 36-degree temperature outside! As it is an attic apartment there are two and a half flights of stairs to climb which might not be ideal for anyone who struggles with stairs. The views sitting on the small terrace are amazing, overlooking the Duomo - a lovely place to sit and sip the bottle of Processo she very kindly left in the fridge. for us. We would highly recommend the Attic Apartment, in terms of the facilities, location and the friendliness of the owner. Thank you Morena for providing us with such a beautiful and relaxing location for our short stay in Padua.

Activity and Interests
Padova is a very interesting city. It was an important center from the X century b.c. of paleoveneti civilisation and a rich city also during Roman times. After a short collapse it had a very flourishing medieval age which culminated with the da Carrara signoria of the 14th century. Its University is the oldest in Europe after Bologna. Here is a list of what you must see:
Palazzo della Ragione
Cappella degli Scrovegni frescoed by Giotto
The university anathomic theatre
The Basilic of S. Antony
The botanical garden (the oldest in Europe)
The main squares to see are: Piazza delle Erbe (the herbs square), Piazza della Frutta (the fruits square), Piazza dei Signori (the lords square).
The centre of Padua is full of food shops (the local morning marked is only 5 minute walk from the apartment), shops of all kinds, bars and restaurants. In the apartment you will find a list of suggestions by the owner.
