Refined Bright Attic Within The Heart Of Padova Superb Views On Hidden Gardens

This elegant attic has recently been restored by a famous architect. It is furnished with antiques and the exposed beams of the ceiling make a unique warm and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is on the third and last floor of a fifteenth century palace located in the heart of medieval Padua, very close to the squares and places of artistic interest. Its position in Padua’s restricted traffic area makes this apartment unique for peace and quiet. The attic is flooded with light and the windows overlook lush secret gardens. Its 85 square meters, consist of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower-bath and Jacuzzi, a large living room, a kitchen with fully equipped terrace overlooking the Duomo, a laundry room, and large closets. The large sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed, but please bear in mind that the windows in the living room do not have curtains but only external motorised sun blinds. This apartment is very well isolated from the outside extreme temperatures. The roof has been built with the ventilation system and the windows are double glazed with thermal glass. A centralised system of air conditioning and the under floor heating guarantee the best comfort in every season. The centralised vacuum net makes this apartment very easy to clean and it garantees a spot less maintenance.

Within an hour of train you can reach all the small cities of art in Veneto such as Cittadella, Bassano, Montagnana, Monselice as well as Venice, Verona, Vicenza, Rovigo, Ferrara and also Bologna! Florence is only an hour and a half by train!

Fees No additional mandatory fees
Stay tax £0.80 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 12 years.

Rates include: heating, Hair conditioning and electricity, hot and cold water, weekly change of bed and bath linen, final cleaning and taxes.
Payment: 30% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of the booking by wire transfer, free of bank charge. The balance is due upon arrival by cash.
Extra: 0
Security deposit: upon arrival we ask our guests to give us 150 Euro (cash) for any damage or breakage which may occur during the stay. At the end of the sojourn the money will be returned, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Number of beds: we cannot allow the number of persons staying in a house to be higher of the number of beds initially stated.
Arrival & Departure: your arrival is expected between 4 and 7 pm. Apartments should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Cancellation by the client: the following rates will apply:
30% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before arrival
50% as from the 119th day before the date of arrival
100% as from the 59th day before the date of arrival
Should we manage to rent the apartment partly or fully for the cancelled period we will refund the client accordingly.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
