Located within the iconic setting of Hesketh Crescent, this ground floor end-of-terrace apartment offers groups of 4 the chance to soak up a bygone ambience of sumptuous home comfort and regency splendour. Two shallow steps feature to the entrance of the property and inside the grade II listed retreat provides lavish accommodation across one level floor.

Centrally heated throughout, the coastal retreat provides the perfect excuse for a year-round escape.

Benefiting from the elegance of retained character features and period detail, the 23’ x 17’ drawing room offers an uplifting room in which to dine and entertain. The tasteful neutral decor is complemented by a plush sofa suite and antique pieces to further enhance the period splendour of the room. Four large picture windows invite the seaside in, with far reaching views to leave guests enthralled and inspired. Accompanying the regal-style sitting area is a 32’’ digital TV with VCR and DVD player plus free Wi-Fi for guest’s entertainment. A CD player also allows guests the chance to kick off their shoes and feel at home during their stay.

An elegant oval dining table with four chairs also features to the living area and is conveniently accompanied by an adjoining separate kitchen. Fitted with solid granite work tops and equipped with all the must-have appliances, the modern classic-style kitchen ensures guests have everything to hand throughout their stay. For a truly carefree experience, the nearby Osborne Hotel also allows guests to sample two tempting restaurants on their doorstep.

Leading on from the relaxing home comfort of the living area, two equally-stylish bedrooms await. The elegant master bedroom offers splendid views of the sea from its bay window; for a romantic touch to the bright and airy ambience of the room. Furnished with a luxurious king size 'Vi Spring' mattress & bed, the master suite is perfect for savouring a holiday slumber. The room is further complemented by bedside cabinets with reading lights, a mahogany wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A modern fitted en-suite shower room with washbasin, WC and shaver point allows an added feel of privacy for guests staying here.

The second bedroom is beautifully finished in an inviting period style. Ideal for accommodating additional guests, the set of twin beds offers a versatile arrangement to suit families and friends. The room is tastefully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a set of bedside cabinets with reading lamp. A shared modern bathroom with bath tub, overhead shower, wash basin, WC, mirror and shaver point provides a convenient accompaniment to the second bedroom.

To the hallway cupboard, guests will find a washing machine and tumble dryer. All bed linen and towels are provided, alongside a travel baby cot and high chair if needed.

From the period splendour of the sweeping crescent, guests can easily reach the nearby parking and the lovely Blue flag sands of Meadfoot Beach. The historical setting of Hesketh Cresecent is further complemented by a host of modern day activities to enjoy, within the inclusive appeal of the neighbouring Hesketh Health Club. For a small weekly fee of £35 per person, or £10 per day (children under 11 are free when accompanied by an adult), guests can enjoy the health club’s indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre. Tennis can also be enjoyed at an hourly rate. Alongside fine dining at the Osborne Hotel (a 10% discount provided for those who pay to use the Hesketh Health Club), guests can simply sit back and enjoy a carefree coastal stay.

The highly desirable location is within easy reach of the lively amenities and popular attractions of Torquay, alongside a host of nearby activities which include boat trips, sailing, golf, walks along the South Coastal Path and trips to the nearby National Trust houses and botanical gardens.
