This 2-bedroom apartment fits it all! It is located just few minutes off from some of Paceville’s best bars and clubs, and just up the road from a small rocky beach, this apartment really does offer the best of both worlds: relaxation by day and entertainment by night. Divers can also enjoy the diverse marine life found in the Merkanti Reef just off of the beach near this apartment.

The apartment is comfortable and pleasant located on the 2nd floor of a building block of only 2 apartments. The property comes with a good-sized balcony enjoying side sea-views of the nearby beach. It fits ideally for a small table and couple of chairs. Moreover, the balcony bathes the living and dining area in lots of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy.

The apartment is adorned with parquet flooring throughout, and is highly finished with modern and minimal décor. The kitchen and dining area are decked out to provide all the essentials when cooking a meal at home. The living area comes with a good-sized TV and two comfy sofas. The living and dining area are also fully air-conditioned.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both equipped with A/C units. The main bedroom, which sleeps 3 persons, has a double bed, and a sofa bed which converts to a single bed if needed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom is a good size, and fitted with a shower cubicle.

The roof terrace is the iconic part of the apartment. For those who are after a loitering holiday this is ideal as the roof space is ideal for sunbathing during the day and fresco nights in the eve. The gas bbq and the dining area make it ideal to spend cook out nights adjoining with a fresh glass of wine. The roof terrace is not shared and it is for the only use of the apartment's tenants. It is quite private and not overlooked by neighbours.

This apartment is close to any amenity – grocery stores, shops, and a pharmacy are just a stone’s throw away. It is literally in the middle of various restaurants, with a variety of cuisines to suit all tastes, however this does not mean that is located in a noisy area either. The bus stop to Sliema and Valletta is only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment, making this property a perfect base for anyone wishing to sight-see by day and a car free holiday.

Apart from this apartment there is another apartment also available which has identical amenities, located in the same building but with no roof space so price comes less for just the apartment.

Till a few years ago , St Julians was a quiet fishing village. Nowadays development has changed it completely and it spreads all round St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, and Balluta Bay.. Most of the elegant houses along the shore line have gone to be replaced by blocks of apartments, restaurants, bars , cafes and hotels. The roads leading to St Julians village (now a town) proper remain largely untouched. The best preserved are in the area of Balluta Bay. A few villas with beautiful facades and large gardens. One villa has been converted into a restaurant forming part of Le Meridien Hotel. There is also the large neo-gothic Carmelite Chuch in the midst of small houses that used to be summer residences for the rich Valletta residents. There is a large block of apartments built in the art nouveau style overlooking the square where you can sit and have a coffe or drink and watch the world go by.

Back in picturesque Spinola Bay there are still a number of old boat houses belonging to the fishermen that still remain with their traditional fishing boats sheltering in the bay. Some boat houses have been converted into restaurants which are quieter and romantic. The bay is particularly lovely in the evenings with the lights of the restaurants and street lighting reflecting in the calm water of the bay. On the other side of the bay is the promenade (very popular) which goes all the way to Sliema and beyond. Ideal for an evening stroll or to sit at a bar/cafe and people watch.

Up the hill you will find Portomaso - a private yacht marina with restaurants and bars, a shopping complex and apartments (all very upmarket) with a lovely atmosphere. Nearby is the Hilton. There are a number of 5* hotels - all overlooking the sea on the coast north of Paceville. There is also a Casino at the Dragonara and another at Portomaso .

Saint Julian's is a popular vacation spot on the coast of Malta. The small town successfully blends its fishing village charm with its tourist center. Latin architecture, such as Spinola Palace, built in 1688, and the Old Parish Church are popular historical sites. Divers will enjoy exploring shipwrecks via the Divewise Center. The renovated Paceville district, a former military haunt in the 1930s, is now the hub of Saint Julian's nightlife with an array of restaurants, bars, and clubs.

  • Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.
    Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

    A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

    Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
  • Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
    - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
    - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
    - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
    - 300KWh- for villas

    free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

    Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy.
  • Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
    Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

    Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
