The Passeig de Gracia is the most elegant and popular boulevard of Barcelona or perhaps in Spain. You will find shops shops of brands likeLouis Vuitton, Prada, Chanel, and also buildings considered world heritage, galleries, restaurants of all kinds including Michelin star restaurantes (Moo, Moments, Alchemy) and luxury hotels like the House Fuster, the Mandarin Oriental or the Majestic.

The building is located in the heart of the city, on the luxurious Passeig de Gracia. It is a stately house fully renovated a few years ago, with 2 modern lifts.

On the upper two floors of the building there are 4 modern apartments, 1 and 2 bedrooms, some of them with a magnificent terrace overlooking the Passeig de Gracia.The building also has concierge.

The apartments are fully equipped to ensure a luxurious stay in Barcelona.

Although the building has no parking, we have an agreement with a car park which is a few meters away, with easy access.

Spectacular one bedroom apartment of 61 m2 on the Passeig de Gracia in a Regian building opposite to Gaudi´s Pedrera. This luxury apartment is located in the most exclusive avenue of Barcelona, where you will find the most prestigious shops, 5 star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants and some of the best art galleries in the city.

The apartment has a separate quiet room with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bedroom also has a full en suite bathroom with a large separate shower.

The living room has a sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed. It is equipped with a 42 inch LED TV. The dining table seats 4 guests.

The kitchen is also fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all utensils to prepare a fancy dinner.

The apartment is fully equipped and among other things has air conditioning in all rooms, double glazing on all windows, free internet and parking close to the apartment (optional service on request).
