Lovely house near El Campello

This delightful 3 bedroom house on the Dorado Country Club complex, on the outskirts of El Campello, is luxuriously furnished and well equipped to ensure a perfect holiday. There is ample space for 6 people with a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. The house also has a dining area, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine in separate utility room. The house is air conditioned with entertainment facilities, TV, video, DVD player, Ipod docking station & hi fi. Videos, DVD's, games and reading books are also available.

Wifi is also available throughout the house and is easy to connect to.

Externally there is ample space for relaxing in sunny or shaded areas throughout the day within a well laid out private garden or on the upper terrace solarium. Sun loungers, tables, chairs and barbecue are on hand for al fresco dining and relaxing. The communal swimming pool is in a secure landscaped area next to the house. It is large enough for swimmers and has a shallow end for children

Location: The house is set back away from El Campello, not far from Bonalba Country Club and it takes around 10 minutes by car to get to the beach front in Campello centre. It is strongly recommended that guests would need access to a car to stay at the house.

This house is non-smoking and we expect this to be honoured by all guests. Additional cleaning will be charged for should anyone disregard this requirement.

Fantastic holiday home, the owners have thought of everything. Located right next to the communal pool which on some days just out kids had use of. Peaceful area but not far to el campello in the car if you want a stroll in the evening or a nice meal along the sea front.

Lovely villa

We had a 9 night stay in this fabulous villa. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Wifi was an extra bonus. Water for shower was always hot and bed comfortable. The provisions left for us for our arrival were also greatly appreciated as we didn't arrive until late in the evening.

The information left about the local area and places to visit / walks to do were great and much appreciated. We did the reservoir walk at Guadalest and the headland walk at Santa Pola.

There are no shops / pubs in the immediate vicinity of the villa so you have to drive to these but there are some in Bonalba if you don't mind a bit of a walk...

The beach is also a short drive away - too far to walk.

I was also impressed with the information sent to me and the prompt return of my deposit.

Fantastic short break , superb holiday property!

This is an outstanding holiday rental. We stayed only 5 nights but we were very sad to leave, it's worth two weeks of anyone's time. We're familiar with the region so didn't feel the need for tourism, preferring to stay 'home' and enjoy the peace and quiet and every possible home comfort you could need. If you like to refresh yourself by cooking with the best fresh produce of all kinds and relaxing in the occasional (it was March after all) bright sunshine, you'll appreciate the superb kitchen and dining service, the spacious terraces and outdoor furnishings. The provision of hotel-style wash-ups in the bathrooms was a really thoughtful touch, as was tea, coffee and condiments in the kitchen. I would've happily paid for additional 'welcome pack' items, such as bread butter, milk, beer and Cava/Prosecco, as there's no local shop, but then a car is strongly recommended so I can understand why the line is drawn at that. I guess most people intend to get out and about and El Campello is  8 minutes away by car. I found it better value to plan our trips to restaurants - which are excellent by the way - and supermarkets, and use the very convenient, cheap and friendly taxi service recommended by the owners. We mostly got the same driver, so it was almost like having a private service - ideal so the 'head cook and bottle-washer' can have a drink or two on his so-called holiday! The position of the house is ideal, right next to the spotless and inviting pool area, must be a blessing in the height of summer and absolutely perfect for children. Cleaning the house was made easy as all necessary materials were present. Bonalba Golf is virtually next door so this a brilliant golf tour location and I also saw loads of cyclists out in the surrounding area. I wonder if that very handy shed would be a good place to keep a cheap bicycle for guest use (at own risk of course)? You could reach the shops in 20 minutes...

This is property is a joy and  highly recommended, I could go on and on, let's just say this house will not disappoint and I'm already planning the return. Oh, by the way, Mike, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with, everything like clockwork, masses of help and information readily available by phone, email and in the property. Sometimes you get a feeling just by looking at how a property is presented and described by its owner, I'm pleased to say my gut was right - enjoy!

Simply perfect!

This is an excellent house, very well equipped, very clean, bright and comfortable.

Mike the owner was great, very helpful, gave us tips on car rentals and good restaurants in the vicinity. If we were to stay in the vicinity again we would definitely book this house again. Glenys

Un séjour fort agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison de Michael. Les équipements ménagers sont très complets et en très bon état de fonctionnement. La maison, très confortable est très "cosy" car nos hôtes mettent à disposition tous les objets usuels qui peuvent vous être utiles. Par ailleurs, la climatisation réversible (version chauffage) a été très appréciée en soirée compte tenu de la fraicheur extérieure.

En résumé, nous conseillons vivement cette "lovely house" qui n'usurpe pas son appellation.

1) After collecting your hire car exit the car park and turn right then get into the left hand lane

2) Follow the signs taking you left for Valencia/Murcia on the E15 road. After about 0.5Km keep going forward on the Valencia/Murcia E15

3) After 2.1Km total journey distance follow the signs for Valencia/Barcelona. You will pass a sign saying it is 547Km to Barcelona

4) Continue on for about 20 Km & pass through a tunnel. Take the inside line through the tunnel so you are ready to exit the A7 when you come out of the tunnel. Salida (exit) 67

5) Follow the signs for Xixona & Mutxamel on the exit road as it splits into two roads. Do not follow the El Campello road

6) Take the sign for Xixona (N340) This is also signposted Bonalba/Busot. Then exit the N340 when you see the sign for Busot

7) Turn right at the bottom of the slip road. Then turn right at the first roundabout. Nearly there now. Turn left into Dorado Country Club and take the first right turn onto Carrer De L'
