Come and discover the charm of the fishing port of Turballe, in a Breton family house, 20 meters from the Bretons Beach, which has obtained the Blue Flag, symbol of exemplary environmental quality.

All comfort: South facing granite terrace with integrated barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
On the ground floor: 26m2 living room with a large convivial table and a sitting area with flat screen TV and warm granite fireplace, separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook shellfish!
Upstairs (completely refurbished in 2014): Zen shower room with double sink, separate WC, 3 bedrooms with new bedding (1 bedroom with double bed 160 * 200 + single bed, 1 bedroom with double bed 160 * 200 and old iron baby bed and 1 bedroom with double bed 140 * 190.
In the basement: Shower room (shower and small sink), washing machine and dryer. 4 bikes (as is) are at your disposal.

Extremely bright, family-friendly house, 2 steps from the sea (20m) and salt marshes accessible on foot (1Km).
Port and town center at 800m.

Nous avons passé trois semaines en famille dans cette maison. Le lieu est super et les environs offrent de belles visites et ballades. Tout est prévu pour un séjour tout confort et l’accueil de la propriétaire était super!

Beaucoup de choses à faire et à découvrir il y en a pour tous les goûts et toutes les météos !!! :-) : randonnées, mer, vélo, marais salants, côte sauvage, etc...

Bien située

La maison est bien située presque face à la plage et le coin assez tranquille, les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins. La maison est propre, les chambres suffisamment spacieuses mais à 7 il aurait été compliqué de gérer la salle de bain, la cuisine qui est très petite et pas fonctionnelle, le coin canapé où nous ne pouvions être assis qu à 4. Le mobilier de jardin aurait besoin d être renouvelé. La maison est très chargée et trop personnalisée : photos de famille accrochées dans le salon, dans les escaliers, beaucoup de vaisselle et d effets personnels, et pas de place pour ranger ses propres affaires dans les placards de la cuisine ou du salon. Nous avons donc du stocker les produits alimentaires dans le salon sur la table et sur le coffre en bois. Dans l ensemble le prix reste un peu excessif. En bilan nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d un temps favorable.

Great location, everything you need.

The house is situated very near to the beach which is excellent. The pictures on the site give a perfect overview of the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Furthermore the bicycles that are available give you the opportunity to go to restaurants, bakery, pubs etc or you could walk (only 1 km). Bed linen and towels are not included but a washing machine and dryer are.
