A Beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath Property With Sports Rights and free Wi-fi

A luxuriously refurbished two bedroom two bathroom spacious apartment which has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is free Wi-Fi together with a new air conditioning/heating system. A contemporary and stylish kitchen has been installed, together with a new walk-in double shower in the family bathroom. There is a private terrace and barbecue perfect for al-fresco dining. Our apartment is in the beautiful and quiet Las Palmeras community of only 30 linked apartments with a large shared pool surrounded by landscaped gardens adjacent to the Par 47 course in the centre of La Manga Club.

La Manga Club has 3 superb golf courses. The tennis facilities are outstanding; the UK LTA use La Manga for their winter training. Our guests receive 'resident' discounted rates for golf and tennis. There are also Academies for cricket, football and rugby during holiday periods for which our guests also receive discounted prices.

The Spa at Las Lomas has a wonderful extensive menu of treatments to pamper you. Restaurants, cafes and bars are within short walking distance and the Club has its own private beach cove at La Cala where there is a picturesque restaurant cut into the side of the cliff wonderful for lunch (April-October) and dinner (July-August). The pretty harbour village of Cabo de Palos is a 15 minute drive away which offers a large array of harbour side restaurants serving freshly caught fish. Horse riding is located nearby in Los Belones and there is Go-Carting for the young at heart a 10 minute drive from the Club.

About Ann & Andy Page

Andy and I have been coming to La Manga Club since 1989 and fell in love with it straight away. Our daughter is now 24 and we have enjoyed many happy holidays staying in a variety of villas and apartments. From Amy enjoying the kiddie club to her coming out with her friends and staying out all night at Mulligans, it doesn't seem possible that so many years have passed by. It had always been a dream to buy a property at the Club and in 2013 we found the time was right and we bought No. 8. It was in its original condition and we were excited to be able to put our stamp on it and completely refurbish it. We are thrilled with the results and always hope our guests feel at home. We come out as often as we can and are sad when we have to leave but always look forward to our early return!

Top Notch apartment Ann

We stayed in this apartment in 2nd week in November 2017 . This apartment was finished and equipped to the highest standard. It was fantastic to have basic necessity present on arrival. The apartment balcony faces north and it was not warm enough to use during our stay I can only imagine how good it would be a warmer time of year. That said it was beautify hot at poolside { no breeze+ direct sun}to rest and gain some relaxing moments . We enjoy our tennis and it was an excellent cool down to walk back to apartment. The hill is pleasant challenge for less able might limit walking in resort. The use of save was bit tricky but this was unblocked very efficiently by the property management company. The information resource pack is excellent and very informative . Ann you have a fantastic property would would hope to use again sometime soon. Well Done.

Perfect Holiday Apartment!

We spent a wonderful week at No 8 Las Palmeras! From the moment of booking, we had immediate, clear communications from owners Ann and Andy. Their holiday apartment is beautifully furnished and was absolutely immaculate. It was really well equipped and there were clear instructions for everything in the apartment. It was such a charming, relaxing place to be and we can highly recommend a visit! We definitely want to return soon! Thanks again to Ann, Andy and their agent on site, Toni at Prestige.

Fantastic appartment

Everything was perfect.

Ann provided so much information prior to our arrival and everything went smoothly for collecting the keys and locating the apartment. Its very modern furnished and the balcony area was great to sit and enjoy some wine in the evening after going out to dinner. There is a small pool near the apartment which was really handy and as we had a 3 and a 6 year old we spent most of our time hear rather than the bigger pools on the complex.

We will definitely be back!

Lovely well kept property

Stayed here over Easter 2017 in our first stay in La Manga Club. This apartment is very well kept and equipped. The owner Ann provided us prior to our stay with all the information we needed from booking activities to our car rental which saved us £££. The apartment has two large bed rooms which Ann configured to our requested (eg single / doubles), with one very large on-suite bathroom and another bathroom next to the other bedroom. The large kitchen had everything we needed including BBQ utensils, coffee machine and the large living room had a large extendable dining table with two cosy sofas and all the sport you need on the TV. Balcony was handy with the warm Easter mornings and allowed us to dine / BBQ in the evening.

Only issued we had was actually finding the apartment as they are numbered in a strange way.

Lovely place which we will return to again.

Lovely Apartment - Great Location

We are just returned, having staying in La Manga Club, in this great apartment. Prior to going, the owner Ann Page was very informative, advising us of places to eat/visit. All instructions from Ann were very clear with regards to finding the apartment/keys etc and would email to ensure that everything was good. Having never been to La Manga Club before, I feel that we were very lucky in choosing this apartment/location, not being too far from the centre, but far enough for it to be very peaceful and quiet. The apartment was very clean, plenty of towels and milk/bread/butter/water in the fridge upon arrival, which was great, as we arrived quite late. The terrace at the rear was lovely, great size with plenty of seating/eating area and also benefitting from a bbq. We didn't use the pool in Las Palmeras, only being that we had a 9yr old son and when visiting it, we felt it was lovely and quiet and didn't want to ruin the peace!!! The main Splash Pool near the tennis courts was great, with lots of other children for our son to make friends with.

In general, we loved La Manga Club and will definitely go back again next year - so much to do, great choice of restaurants, but also great to stay in and have a bbq when needed for our son to get an early night.....football academy for him everyday, which he loved!!

We would very much recommend this apartment - Great place, good communication and the fact that we felt we could stay longer, says a lot!!

Damage Deposit £200

Price includes welcome pack, linen, all towels including pool, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a cot is available on request.
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. Full payment to be made 6 weeks before arrival date.
For stays of 14 nights there will be a mid stay clean, which will include linen and towel changes.
The normal rental period is Sat to Sat in high season with check in at 4pm and check-out at 10.30am. We will try to be flexible during other periods.
