Excellent property. Exceptionally well equipped and adequate for family stay.

Absolutely amazing place. Pool was perfect and securely gated. Owners were very nice, accommodating, responsive and caring. Plenty of space outside for the kids to play and run around safely. Calm surroundings. To be done again.

La Motte is a sunny place where we like to spend time with our three children and our family to enjoy leisures activities. Here, we have everything we need to recharge our batteries.

Why they chose this property

The owner has bought the house to gather his children and his family and to inhabit it after his retirement in order to live closer to his family, which has settled in La Motte about fifty years ago.

What makes this property unique

The large garden will allow you to enjoy:
- the peaceful setting of the green spaces planted with olive trees, pine trees, evergreen oaks, thyme, rosemary, and fruit trees;
- the swimming pool and the garden furniture (deck chairs, sun umbrellas, table, chairs, barbecue, etc.)
The house is situated in the middle of the property on a small terrace. You will be able to enjoy the sun all day as well as the view of the swimming pool and the Roquebrune rock in Argens.
