Penthouse on the fifth floor with elevator, with large terrace for sunbathing, eating and put children's pool. Two double bedrooms, with possibility of extra or cot; bathroom, toilet with toilet, sink and shower, living room with large sofa and armchairs with TV and DVD, WI-FI, dining room, kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry and ironing room.

Terrace with awning, table and chairs for six. Hose around the beach or cool off at any time.

Access to roof terrace with beautiful sea views, the river and the city.

Around the center, two minutes from the Plaza del Cabildo where the most emblematic bars in town are located: Balbino (self, 500 caps or more) and Barbiana (table service, good tapas) .A little further but in the route of monuments, or in the Bairro Alto to 10-15min walk, or Stop Bar Gallego (possibly the best quality / price). Not to mention the countless pubs and bars in the other districts (Guerrita, Bonanza, etc.)

Tapas and even eat nothing like the Manzanilla, the only wine from Sanlucar. Many of its wineries are visited: Barbadillo, Pérez Portales, La Cigarrera, etc. They explain the aging process of this unparalleled wine and are given to taste its various forms: fine chamomile and past, amontillado, cut stick and even some have magnificent vinegars and brandy amen rum in Mar7 (exRomero).

Not the best apartment we had.

The apartment is not of a good standard. There are electric plugs broken and other ones spark when used. The water was only lukewarm and no matter what we tried it would not warm up. The decoration is very old fashioned throughout the apartment and we felt it could have been cleaner. There is no parking nearby if you hire a car , although the owner will rent you a garage for 10 euros per day. We enjoyed the area and would go back again but not to this apartment.

Owner's Response: A comment like this, so infrequent on the other side, makes me feel embarrassed. I tray to be generous advancing check-in time as much as possible -by 7 hours--, nice by picking people up lost at the outside of the town, fair by reacting on a lack of info on how to replace a gas-bottle for boiler by going back quickly; lovely by giving privileged info on places to go -must-see-- and eat. It is difficult to fix the boiler if I am not adviced. Now it is fixed. MIx of old and modern IKEA-like forniture has been appreciated by the rest of the people. Anyhow that's something you can see at pictures before renting the house. Hopefully people like my town and its surrounding and many of then repeat, even to my house.

Buena elección

Hemos pasado dos semanas estupendas con nuestros dos gatitos, que han disfrutado de una amplia terraza en la casa.

La ubicación es inmejorable, y el dueño fue tan amable que incluso nos tenía preparada una bandeja y arena para nuestras mascotas cuando llegamos.

Owner's Response: Me gusta mucho recibir gente encantadora y hacerles pequeños favores, antes o durante, que hagan su estancia mas grata. Perros y gatos siempre son bienvenidos ya que ese atico siempre los tuvo. No digamos niños que siempre han encontrado en la terraza un espacio ideal de esparcimiento.

Muy limpio y céntrico. Tiene de todo lo necesario

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable, el ático aunque antiguo tenía de todo lo necesario, está en un lugar céntrico, cerca de bares de tapas y restaurantes muy buenos. También está muy cerca de supermercados y a unos 800m de la playa.

Especial mención para el propietario, Leopoldo. Una persona muy agradable que te informa de todo lo importante para ver, y de bares y restaurantes que merece la pena visitar.

Viaje con un perro y no tuve ningún problema, había una gran terraza en el apartamento.

Sin duda volvería al ático.

Piso perfecto para disfrutar de las magníficas playas, de las tapas de Sanlucar y de la manzanilla.

El piso es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, situado en el centro de Sanlúcar, en la parte comercial y rodeado de bares de buenas tapas. Se puede ir andando a la playa y en coche a conocer los alrededores. El dueño ha estado preocupado de nuestra comodidad y nos ha dado buenos consejos para conocer los mejores sitios históricos y turísticos.

Muy centrico y bueno

La situación es excelente, en pleno centro y con todo para poder ir andando. El ático tiene unas habitaciones amplias y luminosas y la terraza unas vistas muy bonitas de Sanlúcar. Todo muy bien, limpio y buen servicio por parte del propietario, espero volver en otro momento.

In the center of Sanlucar, they can enjoy their pedestrian area full of bars and Balbino, Barbiana and La Gitana with its magnificent tapas. Or they can go to the food market and buy the best fruits and vegetables in addition to seafood freshly caught to cook to your liking and take them into the spacious terrace attic while one showered given or the children enjoy a small pool (optional) .

Visit the cathedral, National Monument, is almost a duty that can be combined with the Castle and the Ducal Palace of Medina-Sidonia.

The Church of Santo Domingo is unique in its genre, almost a cathedral. Another 'must'.

In the afternoon you can attend horse races on the beach, only in the South. Or dine at the beach bars, many with live music and very acclimated.

A more 'serious' Bajo de Guía area is where the most famous ... and expensive restaurants are.

If equipped vehicle can visit Jerez or the beaches of Chipiona, Rota, El Puerto and Cadiz.

The saw is another option. Arcos is just 55 kms, is monumental and worth. From there you can take a tour across the mountains to visit her almost completely in one day.
