An Old Farm 'veterinary Store' Converted Into 4 Gorgeous Properties

The Cottage & Chalets are spacious, modernised farm dwellings converted from the old farm 'Veterinary store'. The Cottage & Chalets have one of the most outstanding views, overlooking a 1.5 acre lake and island and are set inside the private estate of Northlands Farm & Lakes with 18 acres of gated/fenced privacy. The cottage & chalets can be rented separately or together providing the opportunity to accommodate up to 10 people. The cottage & chalets all have two levels with the cottage having two double bedrooms, one double bed, and 2 twin beds, with an option of sleeping 3 children if needed as have a single mattress under one of the beds, whilst the chalets have one double bedroom.

The cottage has a fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.The chalets have now a small cooker / grill with hot plates, plus toaster, kettle and microwave.

There is a separate garden area that has seating for summer evenings, to enjoy al fresco dining and bbq.

Northlands has a tennis court, that is used regularly, however if free, you are more than welcome to use it.

Northlands has an array of animals including, ponies, giant tortoises, micro pigs and pet dogs.

A beautiful & cosy 1 bedroom chalet which has been designed to a high standard set in 19 acres of parkland and lakes.

The property consists of a downstairs lounge/kitchenette with microwave oven and bathroom/shower room. A staircase leads to a wonderful double bedroom.

The view across the owners lake & parkland is stunning. Guests can use a large hedged garden in front of the property for BBQ and general use.

We really enjoyed our week here in a sea of tranquility. The facilities are excellent what the chalet lacks in size makes up for in the range of equipment and the absolute dream location. Not sure whether to recommend to friends or keep the secret to ourselves

Beautiful Chichester Escape

We booked 2 nights in Chalet 2 as we were visiting Chichester for a wedding. Northlands is a fantastic retreat hidden off a main road and we were blown away by the gates that stood before the long drive to the chalet. With lakes a stone throw away from the chalet, the setting really is 5 star. The chalet itself is comfortable and our favourite part was the cosy bedroom tucked up in the loft space. The kitchen facilities were handy although we decided to head out to close by pubs for food (they are very close, approx. 5 mins in a car). The fridge was useful and big enough for bottles drinks and our breakfast food. The lounge area is nice with a 2 seater sofa and television for chilling out. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. Kerrie, the owner, is very friendly and it was so easy to book the stay. For us the setting is the best part... the lakes really are stunning and first thing in the morning watching the black swans having their morning swim was a delight. I recommend this chalet to anyone needing a couple of nights stay in Chichester.

Brilliant Stay

Four of us visited Northlands Farm for a new year trip, we had an amazing time.

The grounds are lovely, the ponies made our trip! We walked round the lake at least once a day, which were beautiful in the frosty weather.

The chalet itself was perfect and just what was needed for a short stay, two of us stayed in chalet 2 and the other couple we were with stayed in chalet 3.

Town is only a few minutes drive away, and to get a taxi cost about £8 each way.

Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you !

Charming and secluded, great base for exploring!

A perfect rural retreat for relaxing, but close to Chichester and Bosham so a great base for exploring the area. Not far from the A27 so ideal for visiting further afield.

Clean and freshly decorated, a cozy bolthole for two was just the ticket and the friendly hosts were very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed, including a welcome bottle of wine chilling and directions to an amazing Chinese restaurant not far down the road for our first night.

Tiny kitchen was very helpful for those times we didn't dine out locally, and the grounds are enchanting.

Revival weekend!

thank you for the warm welcome and the bottle of wine! Excellent location for Goodwood Revival and Chichester - our first visit and I'm sure we will be back.

Chalet comfortable and very clean. Agree with previous review that cooking facilities such as a small hotplate would have been welcome, also better lighting above the settee for reading.

Wonderful chalet

A lovely spot to explore the coast, beaches and a wonderful nature. The chalet was very nice with a very awesome garden. You can find horses, ducks, gooses, dogs and giant turtles. A really lovely place to be. We'll come back.

Stay at Northlands Farm

We were quite happy with the chalet. Our only comment is that there is no view as you cannot really see anything out of the dormer windows. The description does say a view. It was perfect for exploring Chichester and the surrounding area.

The property is located on the private estate of Northlands Farm. A beautiful private setting overlooking lakes and woodland within the security of gates and 18 acres of fencing. The Roman city of Chichester with its imposing 1000 year old cathedral is one of the finest settings on the South Coast.

Chichester is located next to Goodwood with facilities such as the motor circuit, Glorious Goodwood (horse racing) and Aerodrome. World famous events such as 'The Revival' and 'The Festival of speed' are some of the most visited festivals in the world.

Chichester is set back from the Solent, the UK's most popular sailing area, shielded from the channel by the Isle of Wight. Ferries to the Isle of Wight run from nearby Portsmouth and can take you & your car for a delightful day trip.

Portsmouth is the historic home of the Royal Navy. Visit the 'Historic Dockyard' to view the famous 'Mary Rose', King Henry VIII's 500 year old flagship or 'The victory', Lord Nelsons historic flagship which is the only survivor of the Battle of Trafalgar.

Brighton is only a short drive down the coast and is one of Britains most beautiful seaside towns with the famous 'Lanes'. Pubs, Clubs & Shops are plentiful and you can visit the famous 'Brighton Pier'.
