Excellent Location, Excellent Value

Just returned following a week staying in this apartment during our first visit to Florence. All communication with Elisabetta before and during our stay was excellent. All questions we asked were thoroughly answered, with ample information. We were met at the front door by Elisabetta and her husband, who carried our bag up to the apartment. In the apartment we were met with a welcome pack, which was more than needed to see us through our first night and more. Nice bottle of wine and cold beer in the fridge. Elisabetta gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and appliances. The apartment was ideal for our needs. Excellent air-conditioning to give respite from the hot Florence weather. Ideal central location to access all tourist venues and sights. Even though the city is busy with the windows closed there is no outside noise. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Unbelievable location! Lovely apartment.

Couldn't quite believe it when we left the Uffizi and almost walked into our property! I don't think you can beat the location. Everything works well and the apartment is very comfortable with everything I can think one might need. The ONLY thing I would warn potential renters is that if you are in any way mobility impaired, then the stairs up could be a problem. For us it was FANTASTIC! Elisabetta and her husband were exemplary hosts, great communication throughout, lovely and helpful. Hope to visit Florence again soon and would definitely try to stay at this property.

Absolutely perfect apartment.

We had a marvellous time in this apartment, it is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very central. Elisabetta's customer service could not be improved upon, she is very warm and friendly and does everything to ensure you have everything you need, her welcome pack is superb. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Delightful

I really have to give this five stars. A really delightful little find in the very heart of Florence. We have been booking our own holidays using sites like these for the last 5 or 5 years and this has to be the best yet. Before I continue I have to warn you that there is no lift in this building and climbing the 55 steps to the apartment can be very draining after a long hot day. But when you get there you will find an absolutely gorgeous little place. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Many an evening we cooked our own meal with a bottle of wine. For a one bedroom apartment it is very spacious. Despite us being late Elisabetta and her son were still waiting when we arrived. He carried our heaviest bag up and even went back down to retrieve my sunglasses which I had dropped at the bottom of the stairs. Elisabetta takes an obvious and well deserved pride in this apartment. I didn't have to contact her once but she kept in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. In short I would stay here again at the drop of a hat ! Absolutely loved it. Thank you Elisabetta.
