Spacious Luxury French Riviera Apartment

This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is located just blocks from the beach in one of Antibes' premier neighborhoods. It is conveniently situated on an elegant boulevard adjacent to the old town, on the 6th floor, with two balconies and a secured elevator to its eight stories and parking garage. Its front balcony has a large table for al fresco dining with a view of the sea. There is private parking.

The apartment makes a perfect home base for exploring the city on foot, or for roaming further afield on day trips to Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo, and more. You can easily walk to the town's many restaurants, deep water marina, open air markets, museums and local beaches. The train and bus stations are also within walking distance.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have French doors leading to either the front or rear balconies. Other rooms include a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a second bathroom and a separate W.C. Furnishings are a tasteful mix of antique and contemporary pieces. There is an underground parking garage, with a private garage door securing the apartment's enclosed parking space.

Mature ladies annual get together
Having had this cancelled twice due to Covid we finally made it and were all so pleased with every aspect of the apartments amenities but probably the stand out was the view and the position. The owner has been so patient agreeing to postpone twice and the property manager very helpful whilst we were there. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and look forward to coming back myself.

Wonderful spacious appartment close to all local amenities
We enjoyed being based in Antibes. Great restaurants within walking distance and lovely walks around the old town. Railway station fairly close which meant we could travel further up the coast for day trips. Nice to come back to appartment and sit out on the balcony.

Why they chose this property

This property is one of the finest apartment/condos in Antibes, in one of Antibes' newest, secure, best maintained, and best located buildings. Its rare 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath, air conditioned layout comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in 5 beds. Located on the 6th floor, there are 2 large balconies, one of which has views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a secured underground garage parking space.

The unique aspects of this apartment include its sea view, large size, excellent air conditioning, and clean contemporary decor.
