There is a second common bathroom and a kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, XXL fridge with ice dispenser). The large living room includes a dining area (table seats 8), a fireplace, two balconies, and a sofa that extends (200cm x 160cm) to sleep up to two additional guests.
