Mooie locatie.... ruime villa en het zwembad was top. Supermarkt en stranden kort in de buurt

Het inchecken verliep niet zo soepel, maar toch een fijn verblijf gehad in deze mooie ruime villa met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Locatie is top !!

Ha due camere MATRIMONIALI ( una sola è climatizzata, quella in alto) sono spaziose grandi per ospitare 6/7 persone. Il soggiorno e doppio con divano letto per due persone, la cucina è piccolina ma funzionale. Forse l'unica pecca è la mancanza della tv nella camera da letto. Il parcheggi è sotto casa. Il soggiorno è stato bello e rilassante, abbiamo utilizzato molto la piscina e barbecue. Il Personale cordiale e disponibile. Eravamo in cinque persone. Consigliatissima

We liked our vacations in this villa, it was wonderful to stay there. we were 2 families with kids. My son said me that he wanted to live in this house! And I know why... because of private pool and garden! As for me, I appreciate clean rooms and outdoor dining. Thank you!

Отдыхали на этой вилле, все очень понравилось. Девушка, которая нас принимала, была очень любезна даже в 2 часа ночи, когда мы приехали. Чистота в доме, в саду и в бассейне! Было удобно с бассейном, хотя море, пляжи рядом.

Geht gar nicht!!!!!

Wir (Ehepaar mittleres Alter) haben diese sehr gut fotografierte Doppelhaushälfte vom 20.06.-01.07.2014 gebucht. Man sollte wissen, dass das Objekt in einer sehr, sehr großen Ferienhaussiedlung (Häuser, Ferienwohnung und Hotel von unterschiedlichen Vermietern ) liegt. Ist ja nicht weiter schlimm, wenn man die Animationsbeschallung vom Hotel mag. Wir waren genervt. Die Haushälfte ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt und die Ausstattung absolut beschränkt. So gab es weder einen Toaster noch eine vernünftige Kaffeemaschine. Und sonst? Das Haus ist für 7 Personen ausgeschrieben! Wir hatten nur 6 kleine Gläser ( kein Weinglas, oder sonstiges, was es ja nun wirklich für kleines Geld überall zu kaufen gibt). Kochen? No go, die Pfannen waren alle kaputt, die Beschichtung total runter und auf keinen Fall mehr tauglich (Krebsgefahr). Das Geschirr von den Fotos haben wir vergeblich gesucht. Weiterhin gab es nur 2 Handtücher pro Person, also keines für die Hände, auch auf Nachfrage nicht! Für die Küche und als Duschvorleger nur nach Aufforderung. Wie gesagt, es sah nicht sonderlich gepflegt aus, außer der Vorgarten. Aber es gab noch eine Steigerung für uns: AMEISEN und zwar überall. Auf der Terrasse, in der Besteckschublade (diese habe ich komplett ausgewaschen und trotzdem waren die kleinen Tierchen kurz danach in reicher Anzahl wieder da) und weil es schön war, noch im Bett (wir haben keine Lebensmittel offenen stehen lassen). Wir waren dann irgendwann so genervt, dass wir die letzten 4 Tage unsere Koffer gepackt haben und in ein Hotel in Oblia umgezogen sind. Dort konnten wir uns übrigens auch in englisch oder deutsch verständigen, während man bei der Villas Picasso wohl italienische Sprachkenntnisse für selbstverständlich hält. Alles sehr ärgerlich, zumal wir aus zeitlichen Gründen nur 1x im Jahr 10-11 Tage Urlaub machen können. Wir haben unsere Lektion gelernt und werden künftig nur noch Objekte mit aussagekräftigen Bewertungen buchen.
