A one bedroom apartment in the beautiful town of Pitlochry

A comfortable and modern apartment on the first floor of a beautiful stone built property in the heart of Pitlochry. There are a variety of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridgefreezer, dishwasher, microwave, DVD player, ipod docking station, cd player and unlimited Wi Fi .

Pitlochry Festival Theatre is always popular and guests are advised to book in advance.

There are leisure facilities including an indoor heated pool in Scotland's Hotel adjacent to the Apartment which can be used for a small fee payable at reception.

The apartment also benefits from dedicated private off-street parking to the rear.

It was a wonderful stay, the owner, Roland, lovely, we had prepared a bottle of wine with two glasses, bread, all very nice on the table, cookies, all kinds of teas, etc. Otherwise had everything you could need for your stay without having to buy; capsules for dishwasher, laundry detergent, all kinds of cleaning products. The kitchen and everything working perfectly: dishwasher, washer dryer, oven, microwave and small mole type of household. Roland had also left 2 bathrobes and a box with things for my bathroom. And apart from all these wonders had free access to the spa facilities and gym Scotland was very close, great for when llegabas tired of excursions. It is also located in the center of town and just across a butcher with the best meat and deli products in the country. Would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends and all of you reading these comments. The photo shown is accurate as is the living room, the door is open at the bottom to the kitchen. Fabulous apartment

What delightful apartment, clean , everything you needed, and what a lovely thought from Roland , a bottle of wine and carrot cake as a welcome.

The apartment was close to the Main Street, to restaurants and shopping.

We certainly recommend this apartment, beautiful.

Perfect location and very nice apartment

This was a perfect location for visiting Pitlochry. Roland was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is very nice and up a flight of stairs so luggage must be manageable. Parking is very good right behind the building. The living area is very nice with fireplace and plenty of videos! The shower is very small. We were disappointed that the washing machine was not working but the laundry was very close walking distance. This isn't a luxury apartment but it is a very nice apartment and Roland is a wonderful host.

The Apartment is luxury as we are the only Apartment in the Area that offers the Free use is a lovely heated pool with jacuzzi , mini gym , sauna and a steam room . Excellent property. Great location

A benchmark of a good holiday is often whether you would consider returning to the same accommodation. We would have no hesitation in booking again. The apartment represented excellent value for money, and is in prime location in Pitlochry town, within easy walking distance to all amenities, particularly the surprising number of good quality restaurants. The property was clean and as described. Good customer focus from Roland. Loads of excellent walking in the area. Enjoyed a trip to the nearby Edradour distillery. Use of the leisure facilities at the hotel next door was an enjoyable bonus. Overall a very successful few days away.

Had a great time in pitlochry and enjoyed our flat just as much. Very clean, well sorted and perfect location with walking distance to everything you need. Rolland was a great host and easy to work with. I highly recommend it.

The property was well presented well equipped and very comfortable. Excellent central locations.

Roland provided a few extras. Wine cake etc. Which was very much appreciated.we found him very helpfull and pleasant to deal with. And would have no hesitation in staying at this property again. In fact we are planning to visit again in the summer

There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment and two bars with live music at weekends.

The area is excellent for walkers and climbers and there are many outdoor activities in the local area from pony trekking to bungee jumping, pitch and putt to sailing.

Pitlochry Festival Theatre is always popular and guests are advised to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Nearby is the Hydroelectric Dam and Salmon Ladder.

The Enchanted Forest runs through the month of October. This multi award winning show has dazzling visuals and innovative design set against an original musical score. It is renowned for being Scotland's premier sound and light experience.

There are two distilleries in Pitlochry and another a short drive away in Aberfeldy.
