Family stone house, situated on an enclosed plot of 2300m2 in an exceptional setting with a magnificent view of the sea, the island of Arz and the islands of Illur, Iluric, Godec, Stibiden and Govihan. The house is set back from the road on which only bikes circulate.
With its 3 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people. The large 40m2 living / dining room has 3 direct accesses to the garden, a natural extension of the house and to a large teak terrace, ideal for meals and evenings in summer. The living room is equipped with a beautiful fireplace, much appreciated during winter evenings.
The (American) kitchen is very well equipped, with all the necessary household appliances as well as crockery and utensils in number and in very good condition. Large bathroom upstairs and powder room on the ground floor (very useful after sea bathing).
The house is pleasant in all seasons, cool in summer and well heated in winter. Seafood lovers will feast after shore fishing sessions (clams, cockles, mussels and also delicious wild oysters) 2 steps from the house.
From the house, many walks and bike rides are possible; you are directly immersed in nature without being far from the village (15 minutes by bike). The very well-trafficked island market is 10 minutes away.
The house is sunny at all hours of the day and protected from all prevailing winds. The calm is absolute, and from a small gate located at the bottom of the garden, one reaches the protected natural space of the Vran cove where many species of terrestrial and marine birds live.
From the terrace, or from the 2 main bedrooms, you can admire splendid sunrises. The sunset is observed from the Rudel beach, 100m away. This beautiful family beach is swimmable at any time of the tide and has moorings. The larger, slightly more touristy Goret beach is 5 minutes by bicycle.
The so-called “Tahiti” beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes via the coastal path (located 200m below). The Salzen Fountain is a 3-minute walk away.
