This seafront 3 bedroom apartment is directly located on St Julian’s seafront. This apartment enjoys spectacular views of Spinola and Balluta Bay from its seafront balcony.

Apartment specifications:

2 x 2.2 sq m seafront balconies. Internal area is about 170 sq m. On the 4th floor with lift, 1 double bedroom with loads of space for extra beds, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, bath room, en-suite with corner bath and shower, sofa beds present in living room. Sleeps 2-14 persons.10 low steps at the main entrance leading up to the elevator

Facilities:

Fast and unlimited WiFi internet, Satellite TV (some English and Italian channels available. TV package upgradable).

Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 electric hobs, fridge freezer, etc.

Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and washing machine.

Cots, highchairs are available on request.

Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in winter.

Why Neville Galea chose Malta

Clients love the location and the view from the living room and the 2 balconies!

The location of apartment is idyllic. It is just 10m from the sea. It is close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets The street is a main road but since the apartment is high up traffic noise is not loud.

The bus stop is just 100m away. The buses from this bus stop go to all tourist attractions in Malta.

Sliema Ferries is also just 1500m from the apartment. From here you can cross by ferry to Valletta, do one day cruises around the island, visit the Blu Lagoon, or make a smaller trip around the Grand Harbour.

“We stayed in this apartment from the 26th of may until the second of June. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very well kept; the beds were comfortable and the multiple bathrooms were very useful for a large group like ours. Everything in the kitchen worked perfectly fine and there was enough cutlery and tableware for everyone. Another plus, the view from the balcony was amazing, giving you an awesome view of Spinola Bay and on the far right you could just see the beautiful city of Sliema. The location is great, with a good connection to the bus network making it a great starting location from which we could explore the beautiful island. It is also a walking distance from the best party area in Malta, Paceville, which meant that we could go out without having to worry about taking a night bus or a taxi back, we could just walk back home. All in all, we had an amazing holiday and thanks to the apartment we had a great home to come back to after a long day of exploring the island.”

Our office staff start taking care of our future guests from the first enquire, our maintenance staff make sure all is working and all is perfect for the new guests. Our cleaning staff are very dedicated and take much pride in their work and thus make sure the guests find a super clean apartment. Our office staff then will make sure all transfers are booked and that our representative assigned to you brooking will be waiting for you at the apartment., Our representative and host will show you the apartment and give you details about the area, Malta in general and any activities worth doing. During your stay we remain in contact by Whats app, mobile phones, emails, facebook or in one of our frequent daily visits to the apartment blocks. Our apartments are in the locations. This apartment was ideal for your group of 13 persons. It is close to the nightlife, but still in a quiet area with a super sea view from its balconies. This apartment is also on the main bus routes and thus visiting all the island is easy and fast. Beautiful Spinola Bay!!!!

We stayed for two weeks in Spinola bay and rented two apartments. The view was amazing! If you are looking to be near bars and lots of restaurants this is the perfect place. Our apartment was very clean and very spacious. We had a couple of minor issues but they were looked after right away, which was very pleasing. All appliances worked well...just need to get a proper coffee pot, and a stronger light bulb in the kitchen. There is a lot of construction going on at the moment so it was noisy. Matresses were uncomfortable. Need to be updated especially if people are staying for a long period of time,like we did. Apart from those couple of issues...we would definitely go back! Thank you Neville and Ruth for everything!!!!

Location,Location,Location

Our unit apartment #7 on the 4th floor was most adequate for our 3 month winter visit. The location is superb with all services being close. The apartment is very large and great for large families and friends. We were mostly 2 persons although we had our family of 4 visit . As the winter this year was a bit cool, Neville provided a propane heater as well as 2 small electric heaters for the living area. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have heat/ac exchangers but the master only ac.. |This posed no problem for us, and Neville was fast to replace the propane as needed. The shower in the master bed was poor - shower curtain and sink in floor....and Neville advises it will be replaced. We were able to find a removable shower head holder for the bathtub in the main bath so this was perfect .

Loads of cooking utensils and we cooked in most of the time.

Both tv and internet were excellent with stations even from Canada to view curling championships !!!.

The building was kept very clean and has a good working elavator. We had a rental car for our stay, but parking is almost non existent in front of apartment. However, there is a new car park close by with great rates. Otherwise it is an issue. Another option is free parking at the Pembrooke Park and Ride. You can either walk there for 10 mins or pay 1.50 euro on bus.

For us, Malta offered a great winter escape, with warm, hospitable people and great history, food and drink..

Owner's Response: Thank you for your positive review. Glad you enjoyed it and found all to your satisfaction. In fact the location is ideal with all amenities close. This off course leads to the fact that it is a busy area as it is one of the most desired locations both for tourists and Maltese. We do not recommend a car hire as all amenities are close and the apartment is on the busiest bus routes. Being such a popular area parking can be difficult. We really work hard to keep our apartments super clean and fresh. We have our own cleaners, maintenance persons, stores full with spares and representatives that see to our guests needs. Out office is open long hours every day and we are reachable by email, Facebook and Whats App. We also have an emergency 24/7 phone. We would have hoped for a higher star rating since you had so many good comments about the apartment. However we thank you for finding the time to share your experience with our future guests!. We look forward to have you and your friends again as our guests.

Amazing appartment with great view in the morning

Quite a good place- very spacious with an amazing view of spinola bay. Close enough to Paceville for partying and far enough not to be disturbed when you want sone quiet. Very much a value for money. Recommend to everyone.

St Julian and Sliema and Marsaxlokk and Mdina and Gozo etc etc. Basis was your apartment. Couse, big, large and well equiped. Nice contacts and support from Ruth and Neville. We more than recommend the place.

This seafront apartment is in Spinola Bay, St Julian's.

Paceville (Malta's night-life area) is just 5 min on foot away. St Julian's has a long and beautiful promenade that stretches up to Sliema and Gzira. This promenade is popular for jogging, walking and meeting friends.

In the area there are many fashion outlets, bars, restaurants, kiosks, Beach clubs, upmarket marinas, boat renal outlets, lidos, swimming pools etc.

The bus stop is also just few meters away. From this bus stop all tourist attractions are just 1 bus away!

Car hire in this area is not recommended.
