About the property

Lovely rural private villa.

This is a lovely newly renovated private villa that sleeps 6/8 people. Entrance hall leads into the lounge area with Satellite TV/ DVD with dining facilities and a very well equipped kitchen with all electric appliances. There is a patio door that leads on to the covered terrace (62m2) overlooking the Swimming Pool. 5.50 x 3. Depths 1.35-1.70m. There are three good sized bedrooms all with reverse cycle air conditioning units, so great for the hot months as well as the cold ones. One double bed 1.50 one twin bedroom 90 and a bedroom with a Single bed and a pull out bed underneath, this would be more suitable for children as the bed is lower to the floor. The sofa / bed in the lounge area is suitable also for 2 people. Lovely big terrace for alfresco dining or to keep out of the sun during the hot times, this overlooks the swimming pool for those that still want to swim. Sunbeds also available around the pool area. Outside shower by the pool area. Also an outside fully fitted bathroom, Toilet, Sink, Shower.There is also a tennis Table. Car port for the car and outside laundry area.

We also have adult bikes for use during your stay, 2 childrens bikes suitable for 2 -5 year old and two other bikes for slightly older children. We do not however provide maintenance, puncture kits for the bikes.

Also a lovely fire for those colder months with the wood provided by ourselves. Safe available

We as a family had a lovely stay at this villa, a little too cool for the swimming pool but we did take our wet suits so we were able to use it everyday. (Weather was also good to us) The house is spacious and clean,the outside dining facilities and BBQ were great. My husband is a very keen cyclists so off he went everyday. The children and I were also able to cycle around on the bikes that are at the villa and with the villa being in the countryside there were no main roads unless we wanted to go into Inca village. Some lovely restaurants in Inca and very reasonably priced. Would definitely return and would love to visit next time in the summer as the grounds of the house in the winter were beautiful but i would imagine in the summer even lovelier.

The owners were lovely people, very friendly and willing to help with any questions that we had.

Great break

Carlos and Antonia made us very welcome. They were very attentive when there was an issue with electricity and responded to our call immediately. The house is lovely. Perfect for a short break. The pool is quite small but we found it enough for what we wanted. The accommodation is lovely. If there are a large number in the party you would need to plan showers carefully as the water runs out after about three and takes a wee while to reheat. Rooms are reasonably sized and living area was big enough for 7 of us.Lovely outdoor eating area and good for games- basketball net and table tennis. Perfect for a short spring break.

Lovely house with nice views around it

We really enjoyed staying at villa, 4 adults and 4 children. It’s very nice house with plenty space around and inside, it’s much better than the pictures shown, very clean inside. The owners are lovely people, one day they brought traditional Spanish desert, which was very tasty and we were thankful for that.

The villa is in the middle of the island, so all attractions and beaches are easy accessible, 30min to 1 hour drive. There are few supermarkets 5 minutes drive away in Inca.

The pool has been cleaned by lady every other day. Barbecue is nice and easy to use. Plenty of bikes to use, ping pong table, basketball, board games to play.

We really had an amazing time at villa. Thanks to the Carlos and Antonia.

Nice peaceful relaxing

My self & my partner had stayed at this villa on 27th September to 4th October ! Was around 30mins drive from airport & directions were easy to follow ! This villa is wonderful & much better than the pictures shown & very clean ! Loved staying here ! There's a Lidal super market 5 minutes away in Inca ! The area was so peaceful & had the pool to ourselves which was perfect ! The barque is easy to use & the washer was perfect to have ! We visited a lot off places whist there & most places we visited were easy to get to between 30 minutes drive to 1 hrs drive !

We met Carlos & his lovely wife & daughter as they called in to clean the pool which was great as we had a couple off stormy days & they even called in & dropped off some lovely Spanish pastries which were very nice 😀 We loved this villa & so want to return next year & vist lots more off the island of Majorca ! Want to say thank you so very much to Carlos & his wife for the excellent hospitality they provided & thank you for letting us stay few hrs longer as our flight was 20.15 & was lovely to go to airport all nice & refreshed for our journey home ! If your visiting this villa you will not be disappointed but take insect repellent with you! Thank you Carlos & your lovely wife & also Debbie for explaining things to us & very much looking forwards to staying in your lovely villa again very soon ! 😀👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Heerlijke villa in een prachtige rustige omgeving!

Al vanaf het eerste moment goed contact met de sympathieke behulpzame eigenaar Carlos.

Wij ( gezin bestaande uit 4 personen) komen al jaren op Mallorca en waren blij verrast over deze villa en de prachtige omgeving. De foto's op HomeAway doen eigenlijk te kort aan hoe fijn dit huis in werkelijkheid is. De villa die aan de buitenrand van een prachtige amandel-boomgaarde ligt, met loslopende schapen is recentelijk gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Over alles is goed nagedacht zodat het de huurder aan niets ontbreekt, van luxe keuken apparatuur tot complete buiten BBQ. Extra gemak: wasmachine en droger, beide nieuw.

Naast dat de villa goed is onderhouden waren alle vertrekken heel schoon.

De bedden liggen goed, hebben de juiste afmetingen en zijn voorzien van knap en schoon beddengoed.

Behulpzame Carlos,kwam samen met zijn lieve vrouw en dochtertje regelmatig checken of alles in orde was, bij elk bezoekje namen zij een heerlijk streek product voor ons mee, pruimen uit eigen boomgaarde, een heerlijke ensaïmada, zalige olijfolie en een traditionele sobrasada.

De villa ligt op 5 minuten rijafstand met de auto van het stadje Inca, waar elke donderdag één van de grootste markten van Mallorca plaats vind. Verder zijn er hele gezellige leuke restaurantjes waar je lekker kan eten of gewoon een koffietje kan drinken.

Er zijn verschillende supermarkten in de buurt die tot savonds 21.00uur open zijn.

Een auto is wel raadzaam, en zeker van toegevoegde waarde om het prachtige Mallorca te ontdekken.

Als u houd van een natuurlijke omgeving, ook zo kan genieten van het geluid van de krekels, nooit genoeg krijgt van een prachtige zonsondergang met op de achtergrond de mysterieuze bergen, het niet erg vind smorgens door een haantje wakker te worden gekraaid en het geluid van de belletjes om de nek van de schapen ook rustgevend vind maar binnen 5 minuten weer in de bewoonde wereld kan zijn, is dit absoluut de villa die u zoekt!

Simplemente PERFECTO

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado una semana fantástica en esta preciosa casa en Inca. La casa es tal y como se puede ver en las fotos. Lo mejor es la tranquilidad que se respira y la comodidad de la casa teniendo todo junto , piscina , barbacoa , vivienda y sobretodo tranquilidad. Tengo que destacar el equipamiento de la casa tiene de todo , horno , microondas, wifi , tele .... en definitiva completamente equipada. Cómo nota final destacar la amabilidad y atención de los propietarios , siempre atentos a nuestras peticiones y deseosos de informarnos de toda la actividad de la Isla y de sus mejores lugares. Gracias por todo Carlos.

Our villa is ideally situated in the region called Es Raiguer in the centre of the island.For those that like hiking or cycling there a lots of quiet roads with very little traffic by the villa there are also cycle routes taking you all over the island. Being at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range there is plenty of sightseeing right on your door steps. Campanet, caimari, Lluc, Sa Colobra etc.. If you like bodegas then there are lots of different ones to choose from in this area. Inca Market which is very popular is every Thursday this is considered one of the most important in Mallorca. Inca is also known for its Leather and has some lovely shops within the town. Nearest beaches are Port of Alcudia and the Port of Pollensa both being approx a 15 minute drive away. Alcudia also has a water park. There is a very good bus service and train service linking Inca to the North or the south of the island.
