This great accommodation is comprised of two apartments and enjoys absolutely stunning views out to sea and of the Old Town. Located right by the beach close to the chic Sitges Marina lined with great restaurants and bars. Most rooms have fantastic large windows, all with spectacular views out across the bay. The apartment is bathed in sun and not only has a fabulous roof terrace but also the use of a beautiful swimming pool shared with just a handful of neighbours. Balmins beach (clothes optional) is just below and the town centre is a pleasant 12 to 15 minute walk along the wonderful new promenade.

Each apartment is self contained with its own entrance providing privacy and flexibility. The apartments are not connected although access to the lower apartment is only a two minute walk via a ramp pathway leading down from the top floor entrance.

Top Level Apartment

This apartment is modern and beautiful. On entering the living room you are presented with floor to ceiling windows with the view of the sea, beach and Sitges church. An absolutely spectacular view. There is a widescreen 32' TV with UK FreeSat channels and Spanish digital channels, Stereo, DVD, and assorted object d'art. There is a comfortable sofa, a glass topped coffee tables and two arm chairs.

The balcony has a spiral staircase leading to roof top terrace which has panoramic views across the bay which can be enjoyed from outdoor furniture.

The kitchen is open-plan to the living room making entertaining a social affair. It is in a contemporary style, black marble tops, stainless steel, dark wood and lots of glass. There is a breakfast bar with chrome stools. It is well equipped with fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher coffee maker, and blender.

The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and double bed with bedside cabinet and reading lamp. Full length windows provide amazing views out to sea from the bed. There is a very stylish en-suite area with corner jacuzzi bath, glass sink with cool green wall tiles and white tiled floor. In addition there is a glass partitioned walk in shower and w.c. This is modern living - the glass is not opaque!

The second bedroom has a double bed and a full length window with spectacular views. You can hear the sea from your bed!

The third bedroom is partitioned from the living area by fabulous glass sliding doors, here there is a single sofa bed, this area can be closed off to provide a separate sleeping area for a 7th guest or kept open and enjoyed as a relaxing area to take in those stunning views.

The main bathroom has a walk in shower, white w.c. and sink. Cream tiled walls and floor makes it very attractive.

The upper level enjoys Wifi broadband internet connection and is air conditioned throughout.

Lower Level Apartment

This is a cosy, open plan apartment. The living room has two sofas, one can be made up as a single bed, lamps and a flat screen TV, DVD/CD player. There is also a small dining table with two chairs.

There is a double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, reading light and mirror.

From the lounge you can step out onto a small patio terrace which provides access down to the beach.

The kitchen has a full hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator.

The bathroom is great fun with a large round Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower and views out to sea.

This is a great apartment. Its location right by the beach is truly wonderful. It doesn't get much closer to the beach and the sea unless you're in a houseboat!! The accommodation is modern, stylish and extremely comfortable. Being split over two levels, each level totally self contained, means the property offers enormous flexibility for both families and groups of friends.

Perched up on a small cliff; it is directly above Balmins Beach; absolute waterfront (no roadway in front like most others!!) & has some of the most sensational wide reaching views you could find in the area. You can see right along the coastline & out to see...as well as the mountains in the background!!!

The top floor 3 bedrm 2 bathrm 'Penthouse Apartment' has the benefit of a jacuzzi, vogue glass & Chrystal tiled fully open plan shower/en suite area. EVERY room has a view out to sea & of the beach & there is an 80 sq mtre private roof terrace above, via a sweet spiral staircase. In fact it's so close to the water, that at times U get the feeling that your on a Yacht!!!! The lower self contained 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 'Beach Flat' boasts a big tubstyle jacuzzi (again with views out to sea!!) plus a large 40 sq mtre coverred private garden courtyard!! So if your say a group of 10 people. 7 can comfortably stay upstairs & 2-4 can stay downstairs. You have 2 separate living spaces but more than enough space to all hang out together upstairs, on the roof terrace, or downstairs in the covered garden courtyard (which has a huge round 'alfresco' dining table - perfect for entertaining big groups!!
