After many enquires we would like to confirm that there is NO SMOKING inside our home. Smoking is allowed in our Lanai and around the pool area.
We do not have our own BBQ but to ensure you have a clean and ready to be used one, they can be rented. This is a safe and healthy way to eat outside. Please ask for details.

Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is where we live for 4-5 months of the year. All that we need to live in comfort is there and is left for our guest to use. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV and a flat screen 54' HDTV in the master room, with full TV package. The villa is fully air conditioned and it is managed by our local management company. It also comes with free 5G WiFi. Although our villa is well equipped, we spend most time around the pool. We have expanded the pool decking and it is possible to spend all day in the sun. However, just as important, we have an outdoor covered area that seats 8 in the shade, again with a ceiling fan. An ideal dinning and relaxing area.
Our pools free solar system heats the water to about the daytime temperature. So why swim in a colder pool or a small pool and still pay more.
Our pool is 28ft. x 16ft with an additional spa area, please see our photo's for the best view. The spa / hot tub is as warm as the pool, but if pool electric heating is ordered the spa will reach 94˚. Please confirm if pool heating is required when booking.
We are constantly updating our properties furniture and fittings, so don't be surprised to see changes to our photo's.
We are managed by a local company and if ever needed, help is just around the corner, their phone number is in their book. You will see that we overlook a lake, and fishing is allowed.

Lovely property in a gated community.

Lovely well kept property in a gated community. The drive to and from attractions and amenities (restaurants) is a little long (especially the drive home during rush hour) but the residential area looks to be fairly new so more shops and some restaurants may be there by the time our next visit is due.

Home from home.

The owners were very helpful answering any questions we had. The property was as described, clean comfortable and well stocked with all amenities that you need. The outside area has a very large pool and jacuzzi with plenty of sun loungers and a nice shady eating area. It has a lovely view over the waterway outside the back of your property , which has various wildlife including alligators, turtles,fish and assorted birds. I would certainly recommend this property for a a family.

Fantastic Gem in Crescent Lakes!

Fantastic property in a gated area of the lovely Crescent Lakes. Lovely large pool with plenty of room for everyone to sunbathe with the added bonus of the shaded lanai area with a fan if it's a little too warm in the sun. Enjoy lazy days by the pool watching the wildlife around the area. The pool toys/floats left in the garage were an added bonus – meant we were never bored! Plenty of towels, linens and everything you need in the kitchen for a self-catering holiday. Spacious, lots of room, clean and quiet. Highly recommended – our favourite property to stay in so far in Crescent Lakes (this was our third trip to the area). You are close enough to the action, but far enough away to get a bit of peace and quiet – best of both worlds! Owner Terry gave us all the necessary information we needed before flying out and was very patient answering all my questions! Thank you Terry and Bridgette.– we had a great stay.

We retired in 2002 after selling our engineering company in Cornwal England. Looking for a winter home where the weather was warn, the food was good and golf was affordable, we searched Spain and America for a villa.
We chose Florida and 18 years later we are still live here for 4-5 months a year, however the waist line is increasing. That's why we do not show our photo's.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a quite and relaxing place that had a large heated pool that was big enough to swim in, and if we were lucky it might be on a lake. Our search ended in Aster Cove Lane in Crescent Lakes. After a day at the park or when coming home from golf, it's a great place to have a gin & tonic and perhaps drop off to sleep. Our most loved area is our Lanai where we sit and watch the world go by and the wildlife fly in. In the evenings, it's the best place to have a night cap, and sort out what tomorrow will bring.

What makes this property unique

All local taxes and cleaning fees are included in our prices. Most of our guests are regulars who have been coming for years so we know we are doing something right. As our villa is mortgage free we are able to spend more on it's upkeep, so if you are looking for somewhere modern, very clean and tidy, it's here. Our management company have high standards, something our past guest's appreciate. We have been renting for over 17 years and we do not ask for past guests comments, but they are always welcome.
