Great villa with fabulous views

The villa was a 5 / 10 minute drive from Moraira town centre. It was a very spacious villa and situated at the top of a hill so there were quite a lot of stairs to enter into the property. The villa was very well equipped and all bedrooms had air conditioning. There was a tv but unfortunately only in German and Spanish but that didn’t really effect us as we don’t watch tv on holiday. You definitely need a car as no shops/bars in reasonable walking distance. My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend

Très belles vacances

D'une façon globale, tout a été super. L'emplacement et la vue sont idylliques. Tout était propre à l'arrivée. Nous avons passé vraiment un magnifique séjour. Le seul bémol qui nous fait mettre 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 est que du matériel pourtant peu onéreux à l'achat était en mauvais état et aurait permis de passer un séjour parfait. Exemple: pas un seul parasol fonctionnel, en bon état. Donc déjà un seul parasol autour des transats pour 5 personnes, c'est léger mais si il protège à moitié car il est cassé c'est encore pire! Une poignée de porte cassée (gênant car c'est une porte qui donne sur l’extérieur). Et un volet roulant d'une chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas (gênant car réveillés la matin)... Cela n'a pas empêché un magnifique séjour mais pour une telle location à ce prix, ce genre de soucis restent gênants. Enfin un coup de karcher sur la façade et le changement des stores jaunes qui partent en lambeaux donneraient un tout autre charme à la maison. Un parasol, réparer un store, une poignée, changer des stores, c'est pas grand chose et ce n'est pas ce qui coûtent le plus cher. Dommage que ça ne soit pas fait. Le séjour étant été juste PARFAIT!

Ferienhaus mit ausserordentlicher Lage

Das Haus besticht durch seine Lage hoch über der Bucht von Moraira mit sensationeller Aussicht. Pool und Garten heben sich in der Gestaltung und Grösse von vielen vergleichbaren Objekten ab. Im Bereich Küche waren wir enttäuscht. Geschirr, Gläser bunt zusammengewürfelt, Kochutensilien leider teilweise mit Rostflecken und wie die ganze Küche nicht so sauber gereinigt. Fazit: Das Haus bedarf im Äusseren einer sanften Erneuerung und einer neuen Grundausstattung der Küche. Wir würden es gleichwohl jederzeit wieder mieten. Sehr freundlich wurden wir von Herrn M. Schnier, Hausverwalter begleitet.

Un lugar para relajarse

La villa está muy bien. El único problema son las escaleras, así que si alguien tiene problemas de movilidad mejor buscar otra opción. Muy buenas vistas y zona tranquila.
