Home Details: If you are looking for a classic Watercolor experience, look no further than "Beachwalk". This delightfully warm and welcoming home is a few yards away from Camp Watercolor and all the great amenities of the Camp District. Everyone will love being this close to one of five Watercolor community pools, Wood Fern Park, and newly renovated Camp Watercolor.

The home is decorated in the traditional Watercolor style, with warm and comfortable decor that is very inviting. The open concept main living area features a living room with plush seating, 65" SMART curved flat screen TV, and fun accent pieces. Adjacent to the living area is a dining area with seating for 6 around the table plus nearby breakfast bar seating for 4. A full kitchen completes the main space, and includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas range and oven and everything you may need for creating delicious meals. When you prefer to enjoy the outdoors, there is wonderful outdoor seating on the front and back porch area, including a dining table in the screened in back porch. Grill up some steaks on the outdoor gas grill located under the overhang of the back porch. Not even rain can stop you from enjoying the beautiful Watercolor landscapes.

Bedroom 1: Master Suite- King bed, with a private entrance to the back porch, TV and en suite bath including a walk in shower and pedestal sink
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, private en-suite bath with shower/tub combo
Second floor:
Bedroom 3: Master Suite- KING master suite, TV, private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo
Bedroom 4: Bunk suite with sleeping for up to 4 in TWIN bunks with full bath (shower only)

Wonderful Week!

This property was great - loved the 3 king rooms for the adults plus the bunk room for the kids. Every room has its own bathroom. The location was fantastic! Being able to use the golf cart was so nice. Property management was awesome. We lost one wristband and they helped us replace it quickly. We had one maintenance item which was handled immediately. They graciously accommodated a late check out for us on the last day. The entire process was very organized. Will definitely be back!

Watercolor vacay

This is a lovely house in the wonderful Watercolor development! The house great! Nice open common area, comfortable beds, furniture, well equipped kitchen. Only issue we had was house was to include a golf cart. We were notified days prior to arrival that the golf cart had been wrecked and another would not be provided. The management company did work with us on refunding an 8th night we didn’t use. I felt a cart should’ve been provided but was told that was a perk, not a guarantee. Read the fine print is my lesson.

Great location

We have been visiting WC for over ten years and always choose a different house each visit, however, this is one of our favorites that we might have to repeat a stay at. Very clean, located near Camp WC and grass field, on semi private street so kids can ride bikes safely, and golf cart included.

Delightful Watercolor

The property is nice but a bit dirty. The front porch furniture feels dirty as well as the back porch. And the shower leaks water more than come out of the faucet. There’s mold in in the downstairs bath tub. The brakes on the golf cart need to replaced. It took way too long to come to a stop. Our experience in Watercolor is always relaxing and we LOVE the environment. If this property goes up for sale. We’d love to buy it. Sincerely, Gayla Hart

Sandpiper rental agents very friendly, quick responses to questions & services. Water Color has activities for all ages. Can have a quiet relaxing time or be as active & social as you like.
