Great little island with beautiful nature and friendly locals
Great little cottage in a beautiful valley. The patio was a small piece of heaven with orange trees, bananaplants and lots of flowers. Our hostess was really fast in answering all questions we had and she made us feel very welcome. We can highly recommend this

Sentirte Gomero

About the host

Host profile image
My name is Raquel, I was born in Agulo and I am in love with my homeland.
I like to write and this wonderful island and my little house are my inspiration.

Why they chose this property

The house was built by my grandparents, and for me it was a great challenge and a great pleasure at the same time to be able to refurbish it and offer it so other people can enjoy what my grandfather called 'The Paradise'.
The house has a log book where the guests can tell their experience both in the house as well as in the island itself.
I would love to know that all the guests are happy and that I'm at least a bit a part of that happiness.

What makes this property unique

The house is located inside a protected National Park, it has no near neighbours and it is really quiet.
The only thing you would be able to hear is the birds in the morning and the frogs in the pond below at night.
There are a few trails that start near the house.
There is also a small reservoir with ducks and where you can also fish.
