In the gourmet kitchen you will find a charming cast iron Elmira stove and the breakfast table overlooking the pool. The dining room seats (6). All bedrooms are en suite. Soaring ceilings, fireplace, cedar beams and walnut flooring throughout add to the luxury of this stunning vacation home.

The home is positioned on the Grand Canal with 1 bridge to Roberts Bay. Boaters will delight in the 60' dock with a 10,000 lb. electric lift and romantic lighted gazebo overlooking the water. The outdoor covered deck with table perfects the outdoor living space surrounding the sparkling pool and fountain.

Great Place to Stay

House is beautiful with a great location. Pool was wonderful and fishing off the dock was terrific. Jennifer and her crew at Precise Realty were helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this rental home.

Beautiful house well kept ,pool needed refilling more than once..wonderful deck on canal,closed great beach, House very comfortable to live in.Would definitley consider again.

Great Spring Get away!

We had a wonderful spring get away. 2054 Comonwealth is a beautiful home overlooking the Grand canal. We saw wild life daily. Were able to enjoy the Kayaks right from the boat lift that was on the property. They also had 2 bikes for us to use. Although the house is a 20-30 minute walk to the beach we appreciated being in the quiet neighborhood where there was minimal traffic. Getting off and on the island was a breeze. We eat alot of our meals in so the large kitchen came in handy. There were no spices in the house so a drive to publix is a must. We swam in the pool every day. Definitely a highlight. Plenty of lounge ch airs for the pol and beach chairs for the beach. The beach at Siesta Key is second to None!

Fabulous month long getaway

We’ve had a wonderful month in Siesta Key. The home is lovely inside & out. Painted in warm, soothing color. Original artwork displayed. Nicely appointed kitchen with quality tableware, flatware & other cutlery. Beautiful wood floors in all rooms except for tile in kitchen, bathrooms, & laundry room. Plenty of towels for the beach which is only a 5 minute bike ride away! 2 bicycles for use by guests. 2 large kayaks which can be lowered into the canal on the boat lift. The salt water pool is so well maintained & warm. Wicker table & chairs for meals on the patio. Due to the elevation of the home for flood protection, it is not handicapped accessible. Jennifer was very helpful with all of our questions and quick responses. We highly recommend this beautiful place for a relaxing getaway in SK!!
