Why not treat yourself and your family to that well deserved holiday and stay in this luxurious apartment which is centrally located in the typically Spanish coastal town of El Campello Alicante.

The current owners have considered every minor detail to make this property have that extra feel good factor has they are also Holiday makers wanting to create a relaxing atmosphere in which their guests can enjoy their stay in the Mediterranean sunshine.

Let us guide you around your holiday home 'Norwegian Woods' starting with the spacious entrance hall which has hand selected furnishings to offer an open and welcoming feel as you enter the property. The very well lit lounge area is decorated with top quality soft fittings throughout again all studied personally along with a local Spanish designer to make this apartment complete. Open the patio doors and you can gaze at the greenery of the new central Park area from your spacious balcony were you can enjoy the daily hours of sunshine along with El Fresco Style dining both during the day and in the evening. There are also glimpses of the sea from the terrace so just sit and relax with your glass of sangria.

Sorry to disturb you from your cool beverage but we want to continue with your tour by taking you back inside to the well-designed, fully equipped kitchen which situated at the rear of the apartment, there is ample space throughout with all modern electrical appliances and accessories.

You have the choice of 2 bathrooms with a family bathroom as the main bathroom for the guest bedrooms to share and an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. From the master bedroom you can once again gain direct access to the balcony. There are wardrobes in all of the bedrooms and a cupboard in the entrance hall for your convenience. All bed linen and towels are provided in each of the rooms for your maximum comfort. The fittings and soft furnishings really make this apartment have a touch of class throughout.

There are 2 elevators to connect you to the landing area to enter the apartment along with a staircase.

The complex is secure and always offers top quality finishing with glass and chrome effects all around the urbanisation which blend in with a waterfall and well lit areas that look amazing in the evening time. The modern style communal swimming pool has a grassed and wooden bathing area along with a concourse outside of the gated pool area for sun bathing. There is also an area to relax with friends in a pool side community area which also has chairs and sofas so that you can take a drink and chill out.

Outside of the gates is the Supermarket SuperCor which is owned by the Spanish chain El Corte Ingles and offers a fresh fish and meat counter along with your normal supermarket requirements. Wednesdays in El Campello is Market Day which is located within a three minute stroll of the complex or why not try the Fish Auction down at the marina between Mondays and Fridays from 18.00pm.

A five minute walk will take you to the beautiful beach and promenade of El Campello and you will locate a pleasant selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. On the beach front in the summer months you can hire sun loungers, sun shades and there are life guards patrolling the beach for your assistance.

The local marina is positioned at the end of the beach and you can eat the daily catch in the surrounding restaurants and tapas bars.

Back to the complex and within metres you can take the fantastic and cost effective tram system into Alicante City bringing you passed the breathtaking Playa Muchavista beach front along the way. In the opposite direction you can head to the more lively resort of Benidorm we you can visit coastal towns like La Villajoyosa, or even further to the harbour of Denia. The village area of El Campello is just over the railway lines and there are ample very well price Tapas Bars, Bakeries, Shops etc. to visit.

We are Norwegians living just outside Oslo. We really enjoy travelling, golfing, the beaches, outdoor living/hiking and a good climate. My wife and I have 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and several grandchildren that basically share the same interests. After travelling to many places all over the world we decided in 2000 to find a holiday home that had the climate, amenities, infrastructure and security we need for enjoying our precious holiday time.

Why El Campello/Bonalba

We found that the Alicante region would meet our expectations. Since golfing and proximity to the sea, outdoors and city life was important, we could not find a nicer place than the area around El Campello.

Our first holiday home was on the Bonalba Golf Resort, which we still own and will be renting. After enjoying our house at Bonalba for many years we found that we would like an apartment in El Campello as well.

In this way we would be able to holiday with the whole family in the same area. Since we like El Campello so much, the apartment will most likely be our future retirement holiday home.

What makes this apartment unique

What is unique

In El Campello you will find the golf course only 10 minute drive away, you have a 10-15 minute drive to Alicante city centre or you can take the tram in 20-25 minutes, the beach is only a 5 minute walk and you will find restaurants along the beach front and all over the town. There are typical Spanish, international, Italian dinner and lunch restaurants available.

The town has a nice mix of Spanish and European visitors and residents. The apartments of Abedules are situated in the middle of the city, very close and overlooking the city park, 50 meters from the Tram station that takes you to Alicante, Villajojosa, Benidorm or Denia, and only 500 meters to the beach. From the terrace you can view the sea and part of the mountains towards the Benidorm area.

There is a supermarket available on the property. The complex has a pool for all residents to use.

Located in the fabulous and luxurious complex of Los Abedules this excellent modern brand new 3 bedroom apartment is positioned in the heart of the popular coastal town of El Campello Alicante. This luxury modern apartment offers panoramic views over the new central park area and within very easy access of the tram link which can take you to Alicante City centre within 20 minutes, the Tourist of Benidorm within 40 minutes. Aling the route to Benidorm you can visit the Theme Parks of Terra Mittica, Terra Nutura Animal centre and the new water park. In Benidorm itself there is Aqulandia and Munda Mar amongst other attractions to visit.

Staying local and you have one of the best beaches in spain in the El Campello/Playa Muchavista areas with the nearest beach just 5 minutes walk from the complex. The are ample Bars, cafes and restaurants in El Campello along with a beautiful marina for boat lovers, Snorkelling, diving etc.. In the summer months you can take a boat trip to Tabarca Island just of Alicante Main land.

Step outside of the complex gates and you will enter the central park area were you can take a stroll around the garden and path areas or sit and watch your children on the park as you take a relaxing drink in the subsidized Park Cafe Bar. The are ample Tapas bars in the Pueblo area of the Town and on the main well maintained promenade there are ample cosmopolitan restaurants,bars,shops etc.. to visit at your leisure.

Alicante City is a place to visit at both during the day and at night time with the Castle and the sightseeing bus a popular choice during the day and the Barrio and Casino are just 2 places to visit in the evening of this 24 hour City.

If you not sure of what to do and were to go then just ask our property representatives for advice has they will only be to pleased in making sure that you have a pleasant stay here in El Campello.

Many positives - worked for us!

Martene was excellent and efficient dealing with our queries before we travelled and offered a warm welcome on arrival.

The apartment is clean, a good size and packed with homely comforts and household items. The pool area is good and the local park great for kids.

El Campello is a small town with a selection of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. The main draw was the tram station which we regular used for trips to Benidorm, Alicante town and San Juan Beach.

The only drawback was the steep hill to the local beach and beach cafes. This is something to factor in if any of your party has limited mobility. We mitigated this by using the tram to San Juan Beach (stop Carrabiners). Oh and my aunt (aged 90 years) didn't like the handleless mugs!!

Just Perfect

We were met by Martene who is absolutely lovely. The apartment met all our needs - clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Very impressed. El Campello town itself had everything we wanted.... Beautiful beaches and very long esplanade. Tram right outside apartment very handy. Lots of local traditional tapas bars and cafes.

Absolutely amazing

I can't praise this apartment, location and Martene Taylor enough, we had the best time, perfect for the family friendly beach the tram to visit Alacante one way and Benidorm to the waterpark the other, the huge supermarket. The accommodation is 5 star and has everything you need and more, very luxurious and stylish. Very Spanish and extremely friendly I would whole heartedly recommend getting in touch with Martene to organise your holiday accommodation she is the very best, amazing lady, I will definitely be going back to one of the properties she looks after very soon.

Wonderful!

Stayed August 2014 . the apartment was beautiful, spacious, well equipped and very well located for all amenities. Tram station was 5 minutes away which took us to Benidorm and all stops along the coast or Alicante the other way. Supermarket was below apartments and was very handy. Shops and restaurants close by as was the beach

Pool was great, bit of a demand for sunbeds but no worse than anywhere else. All in all a fantastic place to stay

Very nice appartment

This appartment is really perfect for families with children.It is very well equiped, there's everything you like. The area around the Appartement is very nice. There's a Train Station near the house, also the Supermarket, a beautiful park with a big playground for children, the beach is also a 5 min. walk by foot. You don't Need to have a car. because you have everything located nearest to the appartment.We would rent it everytime again!!!

Best apartment in Campello

We have visited Campello every year since 2004 and this is the best apartment

we have stayed in.

Brilliant location,brilliant interior,brilliant balcony,brilliant views.

The owners have designed the interior to a boutique hotel style standard,the photographs don't do it justice.

This apartment has everything you could think of ,especially enjoyed sitting in the lovely large reclining chairs on the very large balcony.

In addition the large pool and relaxing shaded area is extremely well thought out.

This apartment can be enjoyed in summer or any season with the fantastic interior.

the apartment is 1 minute from a supermarket,2 minutes from the tram station and 5 minutes from the beautiful beach

Also a big thank you to Martene and Lee for the spotless condition of the apartment and the great welcome they gave us,not forgetting there help and

knowledge of the local area.
