Welcome to Skidder Trail Estate! This AWESOME 6 BR, 5 BA ski house in the Northstar Ski Resort overlooks the golf course, and is a short shuttle ride to the ski slopes. This Northstar vacation home is PERFECT for large groups or family get togethers. The open floor plan is great for social gatherings; those cooking in the large well equipped kitchen can still be in on the conversation around the gas fireplace in the sitting area. The kids and adults alike will love the loft style game room- equipped with separate pool and poker tables. The great room and dining space overlooks the golf course; also enjoy the deck off the main living space equipped with a hot tub.

Enter the home through the foyer or three car garage. The main floor is great room style, offering a large sitting area with sliding glass doors and windows overlooking the golf course; in addition to a dining space and huge kitchen w/oversized kitchen island, several bar stools and two refrigerators. Journey up the stairs to the loft and bedroom floor. This property boasts three bedrooms with en suite baths, two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
