This is a great holiday apartment in a very popular family resort. The standard of furnishing, etc is of a good standard throughout. It has sea views from the terrace and there are seven communal pools (including one heated communal pool) within the urbanisation. There are also seven tennis courts, three paddle courts, a football pitch, sauna and gym. There is also a great seafront restaurant that opens during the summer months. The urbanisation runs down directly onto the beach and has the most spectacular gardens to walk around. The apartment is located on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully air conditioned. There is also an alarm system, Internet access and a terrace with of course the sea views. We highly recommend this particular apartment.

Beachfront complex, 2km from Estepona town centre. This property is nicely situated within the ever popular Alcazaba Beach resort in Estepona. Alcazaba Beach resort is a beachfront complex with 24h security, several community pool, tennis and paddle courts, heated pool and a gym. It is located just on the edge of Estepona town, however, you can easily walk from here to restaurants, supermarket and along the promenade to town as well as the port (up to 40 minutes to go all this way). It is about 2km to the town centre. Walking east along the beach you will get to the five star Kempinski hotel which has a great terrace and restaurant facilities. Further on you will reach the Laguna Village complex with its fabulous exclusive beach clubs with pool and sun beds and great beach.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
