This spacious, fully air conditioned apartment in the port of Estepona has two bedrooms (a double and a twin bedroom) with two bathrooms (one being en-suite). It has wonderful views over the Mediterranean towards Gibraltar from the terrace and master bedroom suite. The whole property was recently modernised and offers a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and two good sized, well presented bathrooms. The living room has seating for five and British and Spanish television and internet is included in the price from April 2016. Air Conditioning is also provided in this room. On the south-west facing balcony/terrace you'll find a table and chairs for four to enjoy the magnificent views. The owner has also provided two deck chairs, which you may like to use on the beach. Wifi is charged extra.

Seafront Estepona Port near shops and restaurants. This apartment is located in the very popular apartment complex of Puerto Paraiso in the marina of Estepona. Everything you could require for a wonderful holiday is provided nearby for you; two supermarkets, many restaurants, bars and cafes.

The old town of Estepona with its narrow traditional streets is about a 12 minute walk along the promenade.

There are two beaches within a short walk. Playa del Cristo with its shallow water, sandy beach and two beach restaurant/bars. Playa la Rada runs from the lighthouse in the marina to the centre of the town.

  • A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 8:00pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.
    We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.

    ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

    Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this for all of the year 2016, however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
    Minimum rental is 5 days. Cots and high chairs can be hired for EURO 50.00 for both items for up to two weeks.
