This well presented, spacious, air conditioned three bedroom apartment in Estepona is very close to the marina and beaches.

It offers three good size bedrooms which can sleep up to 8 people in comfort.

The master suite, on the ground floor has access to the terrace and its own en-suite bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space is provided for your use.

Upstairs, you will find two further twin rooms (one with en-suite shower room). One of these bedrooms can accommodate extra beds to sleep four. There is also the family bathroom on this floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for a holiday; washing machine, dishwasher etc.

On the ground floor, you will also find a separate cloakroom.

There is plenty of outside space, with a large terrace and sea views towards the marina. A barbeque is provided with outside dining table and relaxer chairs.

The spacious lounge has a large television and dining table for six persons. Television channels are in English, Irish, Norwegian, Russian and Spanish.

All in all, a very well appointed apartment close to the beaches and all facilities.

Overlooking Estepona port close to shops and bars. This development is a complex of beautifully designed apartments built to the highest standards within a few minutes walk of Estepona Port with all of its restaurants, bars and nightlife and of course the marina. The lovely old town is about fifteen minutes walk away with its cobbled street and whitewashed houses harking back to the days when it was just a small fishing village. Puerto Banus and Marbella are about twenty minutes drive away and the border for Gibraltar is forty minutes drive. You can book several excursions with us to see dolphin, to go on a Ronda by Train trip or to discover new cultures in the African continent.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
