3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, duplex apartment, in the heart of javea port

120 sqm apartment, plus 70 sqm of private terrace, with stunning views, a communal swimming pool and a 2 min walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and marina of the charming area of javea port. accommodation consisting of kitchen, fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven. A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Open plan lounge /dining with 42 inch TV, with full English and sky TV, and comfortable sofas,and dining table, which leads on to a terrace also with dining table. upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with king size bed, 1 with 2 twin beds and the 3rd with bunk beds, which are best suited to children. and a 2nd bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a large roof terrace with stunning views, and sun loungers.

Why Carl Davies chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

The house is only 10 years old, so has all the benefits of modern building, ie. central AC and Heating, , insulation etc. not found in older buildings, and although priced the same as apartments, you have your own front door, and neighbours only on 1 side as we are the end terrace.

What makes this apartment unique

Live locally and so are always on call if you were to have any problems during our stay

Exactly as described on the website and more, perfect location for easy access to the port areas within 20 minute walking distance to the main arenal front . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to others,
