Upon arrival at Oyster Cottage there is a dedicated marked parking space for the cottage and off street parking spaces for an additional vehicle.


Oyster Cottage is situated within easy walking distance to Braunton village home to a variety of surfing outlets, general stores, village pubs and eateries, this holiday home offers a modern contemporary homely feel from the moment you enter the stabled doorway to the cottage. From Oysters there are 4 magical beaches close by; Saunton the closest (only 2 mile), Croyde Beach (3 mile) Putsborough Beach and Woolacombe a further 5-10 minute drive.


Oyster Cottage benefits not only from being a modern terraced cottage close to the heart of Braunton but also a touch of luxury as the downstairs has underfloor heating throughout.

Upon arrival the property leads into a tiled entrance hall with under stairs storage. Leading off from the hallway is a private cloakroom with WC, main stairwell, lounge and kitchen diner.

Entering through into the lounge, this space has 2 large chocolate leather sofas, reading chair, wooden coffee table, a large free standing storage unit, DVD player with selection of DVD's, a 37 inch LCD TV with freeview for your entertainment along with inclusive internet access and French patio doors leading out into the rear private garden terrace creating a great space to sit back and enjoy a BBQ.

The kitchen / diner offers contemporary cooking space with fitted cream cupboards, green tinted splash backs and a modern worktop. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery, utensils, pots and pans as you would expect from a property of this high standard. Built in gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric tin opener and even a dishwasher to make your stay stress free! The dinning area in the kitchen can seat 6 people, the cottage also benefits from a booster toddler chair to ensure the whole family can eat together at meal times.


Master bedroom has a high end quality feel with a king-size wooden sleigh bed, a fitted wardrobe, bed side tables, lamps. chest of drawers, decorated with a white and brown colour scheme, This master bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite shower room, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom two has twin beds with a chest of drawers, hanging space, bedside table and reading lamp.

Bedroom three has one set of pine bunk beds, chest of drawers, mirror, reading lamp and the option to add an additional guest bed makes it the ideal 'kids room'

The spacious family bathroom is a modern suite with chrome fittings, including a bath with shower over, WC, washbasin, mirror and shaver point.


The outside space at Oysters is a pretty sunny south facing courtyard garden with table and chairs for 6 people. Surrounded by colourful plants and vines making a lovely setting for an evening BBQ at the end of the day.

The unique decked 'lovers' seating area is a lovely place to unwind after a day out with a glass of wine and watch the sun set.

Oyster Cottage a real gem of a find

Oyster Cottage is lovely, clean, modern, beautifully furnished (the sleigh bed is soo comfortable) and all kitchen equipment provided. I couldn't fault it. If you visit 'you tube' and search for 'Oyster Cottage, Braunton' there is a video showing it.

The letting agents Croyde Holidays were a pleasure to deal with. We would like to return next year.
