3 bedroom apartment with stunning sea views

The luxury 3 bed apartment with stunning sea views is located in a desirable area on Sandown seafront.

It is situated on the top floor (7th Floor) of an exclusive development offering panoramic sea views with secure allocated parking for 1 car in the south of the beautiful Isle of Wight.

We have only recently added this apartment to our portfolio of rental properties a month ago and the response has been very positive.

The local beach is literally on the doorstep of the apartment and the bay itself is arguably the best bay on the Isle of Wight boasting an award winning blue flag. It is within walking distance (5 mins) of the town which hosts restaurants, coffee houses and shops.

The apartment itself boasts a large open plan living area, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a bunk bedded room) and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). There is a large balcony to the front of the apartment where you have uninterrupted sea views of Sandown Bay. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washer dryer. There is a plasma TV, wifi and cots and high chairs are available upon request.

The apartment is furnished to a high specification and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 persons. The 5 star apartment has all that you would need to ensure a perfect break with board games, books, DVD collection, iPod speaker and upon arrival you will be greeted with a local welcome pack.

I was born and raised In Sandown - I am very passionate about Sandown and I am enjoying bringing up my young family in Sandown. My 2 boys have such a wonderful life as they have the freedom of the beach to play on and enjoy an active lifestyle.

I believe the IOW is the jewel in the crown of the UK and being only 2 hours away form London and the home counties - we need to encourage people down to enjoy the what the IOW has to offer.

Why Nick And Emma Clemens chose Isle of Wight

When you see the sea views of this apartment you will understand why we own and rent this property. The layout of the property has the lounge and kitchen facing the sea allowing you to take in the sea air whilst relaxing. The beach literally is 10 metres from the front of the building so perfect to stroll out and enjoy the Bay.

The flat is equipped to how i would expect a flat should be as my family has been in the holiday business for 30 years.

What makes this apartment unique

The 7th floor apartment gives you spectacular sea views as well as the peace and quiet you crave when relaxing on holiday.

The flat has secure 1st floor parking and a lift. Please note that although this is a standard car parking space due to its position it can be quite tight to manoeuvre in and out of.

Superb panoramic views

One of the cleanest holiday lets we have rented so far with all the necessary accessories. Situated in an ideal location for access to beach, cliff walks and restaurants - not to mention the superb panoramic sea views. Will definitely be back.

amazing apartment, location, and views- what else do you need!

We stayed at this apartment in Sandown for a week in February 2017. Excellent communication from the owners before arrival, and Emma met us at the property, and showed us round, she was really friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. This apartment is fantastic, there are 3 bedrooms, one large double with en suite shower, another double, and a room with bunk beds. There is a family bathroom with lovely bath, a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need, a dining area, amazing lounge, and a really good sized balcony, with the best views ever, you can watch the waves, people watch, and we had great weather during our week- from snow flurries to sun, so saw some great sunsets! The apartment is probably one of the cleanest, well presented place we have stayed in. The location is also excellent, just step out of the door, and there is a great, level walk to the right to Shanklin, which is suitable for all abilities, and if you walk to the left you can visit the pier, sandown shops, and the zoo, or just walk along the beach. There are all of the main supermarkets not too far away, theres a big Tesco, lidl, and in sandown theres a sainsburies local. This is a beautiful rental in an amazing location, we loved our holiday here!

Light and airy seaside apartment

It was lovely to stay so close to the sea, with uninterrupted sea views and only the sound of the ocean at night.

The flat was beautifully warm despite the cold winter weather outside. Kitchen was well equipped for a family.

We were unable to utilise the parking spot as it was so small but as it was winter we were able to park on the seafront for free without a problem.

There are wonderful seafront walks in either direction and a very short walk to shops and cafes.

We want to keep it a secret!

But alas we can't as we keep telling people what an amazing holiday we have just had! Imagine an incredible view with the added attraction of being able to watch the numerous ships and boats on the horizon day and night. Imagine a super apartment, clean and tidy, well furnished with all the amenities you could possibly want. Imagine an ideal location, just a walk to the supermarkets and numerous eating places. Imagine being lulled to sleep by the waves lapping on the beach. Wouldn't you want to keep it

a secret? Emma and Nick could not have been more helpful prior to our visit and Emma was there to meet us when we arrived. We have to admit that we were daunted by the garage door mechanism and the steep climb to the car parking area but we got the hang of them eventually. We had really good meals at The Garlic Farm; The Wight Mouse; The Ocean Deck and the Busy Bee Nursery is good for a light snack. Just love the slower pace of life on the Island. We really hope to go back next year that's if we haven't told too many people and can't get a booking!!

JUST PERFECT

This apartment is everything it promised to be and more, a view to die for, clean spotless kitchen & bathrooms and comfortable beds with descent linen.

Having the beautiful clean beach literally on your doorstep is a plus, just waking up and going to bed with the sound of the waves rushing in/out was bliss.

We counted over a dozen cruise ships passing by during our weeks stay, plus many cargo / tankers, ferries and even the lifeboat, fishing boats etc made the view even better for us.

The welcome pack was ideal, the service, communication from Emma and Nick was excellent, and probably the best customer service we've had.

The listing does say the parking is a little tight and yes I guess if the car park was full you would need to reverse and pull forward a couple of times, and the entrance to the car park is a little steep but after a couple of times it was simple to do, so nothing to worry about.

We were so delighted with the property, we booked within 2 days for the following year.... my husband loved it so much he would like to move there, and in my view you can't get a better review than that.

As for things to do don't waste money on Alum Bay or Blackgang, do a boat trip to the Needles from Yarmouth, Rosemary Vineyard offer a free tour and tastings of all there products, and so does the Garlic Farm (don't forget to look out for there Aberdeen Angus cows).. and on route to the farm we were lucky enough to come face to face with a red squirrel.

For ice cream lovers visit Crave, The Ventnorian in Ventnor, different homemade ice cream everyday and they let you sample before you decide, my husband loved the peanut butter (like snickers) and the lemon drizzle cake ice cream was amazing.

For a quick bite try Wilkinsons pie shop on the High Street or a descent Indian, Eastern Eye, or order in from Mr T's for burger or steak but avoid their pizza.

For proper fish and chips go the 2 mile trip to Brothers in Brading, they cook to order but worth the wait.

Sandown Beach is one of the Isle of Wight's finest and most recognised beaches on The IOW, with miles of soft golden sands crowned by Sandown’s pleasure pier

The stunning bay and warm climate mean that this is the perfect playground for those of all ages who love the outdoors.

Walking, cycling and swimming are literally on your doorstep and as you will learn nothing is too far away on The IOW – so if you get bored of the sea air you have countryside walks and pubs only 10 minutes away

Also for the explorers Sandown Bay is one of the richest places in Europe for Dinosaur heritage.

For more extreme activities Sandown Bay offers surfing, windsurfing and sailing or you can just sit back with a glass of wine – soak up the sea air and watch the experts do it.

10 minutes away is a very good and testing golf course – Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club and a pitch and putt golf course is beside the IOW Zoo which is 5 minutes away.

For the fisherman you have a choice of 10 miles of beaches along with a pier end to fish from- so no excuses.

Sandown’s esplanade has traditional seaside cafes, souvenir and beach shops, whilst the pier has amusements galore. The beach has several outlets to hire deckchairs, sun loungers and windbreaks for you to set up camp on the beach

Running parallel behind the beachfront is the High Street that has a selection of arty and tourist style shops along with major supermarket chains, banks, pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Sandown Beach currently holds a Blue Flag award.
