For all: The pool of 18x12 m and its beach allows embracing all guests in total safety. The game room (70 m2) has a table-football, ping-pong table, and is suitable for receptions. There is a volleyball court in the garden
The 3 cottages add up to 340 m²; they are all independent and have their own private garden. The Red Cottage: 160m2 for 8 people, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 2 toilets. The Green Cottage: 120 sqm for 6 or 7 people, It has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. The Blue Cottage: 60 m² for 2 or 3 with 1 bedroom, 1 shower room and 1 toilet.

The Red Cottage: 160 m² independent house for 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 parental suites,
A living room with a 50' flat screen with DVD player.
A dining room for receiving up to 16 people.
A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Very large refrigerator/freezer microwave, etc.)
. 3 bathroom and 2 toilets (recently refurbished)
It also has a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

The Green Cottage: Detached 1 storey 120 m² house for up to 6/7 people.
On the ground floor: Large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
1 shower room and 1 Separate toilet
Open plan kitchen with breakfast nook and a sitting room (flat screen with DVD player) with access to the private fenced garden, ideal for having breakfast under the shade of the linden trees, the apple trees or the cherry trees.
On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms, one toilet and 1 bathroom.
The Blue Cottage: Charming self-contained 60 m² house for 2/3 people. The open plan kitchen has access to the living/ dining room with the flat screen and the DVD player. . 1 detached bedroom with queen-size bed (one more person can sleep in the sofa-bed). One detached toilet and 1 bathroom.
The cottage has its own private garden for having meals and barbecues.

All our cottages have been renewed and equipped in order to offer maximum comfort in a preserved environment. Bedding includes memory foam mattresses with BIO certificate.
The double beds are of 160x200 cm. Single beds are 80x200 cm. can be put together.
Sheets and towels are provided.

The hamlet: is surrounded by many paths for hiking, horse riding or biking (equestrian centre, 800 m).
It offers a 360° panoramic view, not overlooked and no nuisance.
The hamlet is close to Vergt's city centre (3 km)

a 70 m² game room with a ping-pong table, a table-football, and board games: also DVDs and books at your disposal for all cottages.
