lovely holiday

the apartment is modern and well maintained - located in marina botafoch close to talamanca beach and ibiza town, you can walk to both - there are lots of bars and some clubs around, less than 5 in walking so you are in the middle of action! - young neighbourough and building - located on a road so could hear some noise with cars but did not bother us at all check in was professional and smooth with lucy !

Fantastic

The apartment is clean, very well equiped, even has a beach umbrella and cooler box which came in handy. It's situated right next to the marina and only 10 minute walk to Talamanca beach and 15 minute walk to Ibiza Town. I wld highly recommend it and definitely will be returning.

perfect situated location very friendly an helpful owner private parking fully equipped apartment the only negative was the clairaudience particularly from the noisy street but ultimately we would definitely book there again
