Our apartments are in a beautiful townhouse in Cannes, where we have a total of three apartments. They are located on first , second and third floor (penthouse with balcony). Sleeps up to five people in each apartment all with outside seating.

These beautiful apartments are located in the heart of Cannes, around the corner of the famous Gourmet Street Rue de Suquet.

5 min walk from the beach Midi Plage.

2 min from Palais de Festival,

2 min to the Mediterranean Sea, La Croisette, Shop and Restaurants.

The world famous Flower and Food market 'Forville Marche' is only a few minutes away.

There is direct access from Cannes to/from Nice airport by bus.

Easy parking 50 m: 'Palais des Festival' or 'Parking Suquet - Forville'.

And despite the complete central location of the apartments, you will find the location cosy, with the french charm, calm and relaxing.

Why book this apartment ?

I will have to say this is my Favorite choice:

First of all you get Great value for money. You get off street level, get the calm breeze, so you can sleep with you windows open.

The apartment has the great feeling of 'Your home away from home'. It has all you need, at a high level you wouldn't expect. Hardly can't help getting addicted.

When you arrive at the apartment everything is set up for you. Beds made up with duvets, fluffy towels, everything ready for your vacation.

The apartment is on 2nd floor level, on a quiet road, no cars. And you can dine directly outside.

There are two full equipped double rooms and 1 large bathroom.

A spacious Living room open to the full equipped American kitchen.

The apartment has TV, French and International satellite, DVD player, Radio with smart-phone dock,

WiFi and Air fans.

The apartment has just been renovated to highest quality.

Decorated in contemporary Nordic/Italian Style.

We struck gold!

The apartment was perfectly positioned between the hub of Cannes and the beach. Five minutes with the lilo one way, five minutes looking smarter the other! It was a calm retreat, beautifully furnished and spotless. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with advice in advance to make our stay as easy and pleasant as possible. We would certainly recommend it to others.

Very nice :-)

Very nice apartment with all necessary appliances.

We stayed for just over 2 weeks and lacked nothing.

The apartment is situated in a very charming area in the old town, central to every thing, really.

The landlady is very accommodating, also when anything is needed.

We were allowed to bring our puppy, which we very much appreciated.

Appreciable though;

- Small bathroom which needs it´s handled fixed so the door can be properly closed, otherwise perfectly fine.

- There are fans in both bedrooms and living room.

Unfortunately this does not cool the air enough, so it gets very hot.

Also, the fans make quite a bit of noise.

The apartment really could do with A/C!

- Also, the bedrooms could need some blinds - gets bright, early.

All in all though - thanks for an enjoyable stay :-)

Very nice, quiet and centrally located appartment

The appartment No. 2 is really very nice and bright, beautifully furnished and the atmosphere. of an old town house but modern comforts. We felt very much at home. The kitchen is very nice, modern and well equipped. The appartment is in the middle of the old town and close to a lot of restaurants, the market and the Croissette. it is very quiet and we slept well. The only thing we missed in apparment No. 2 was the balcony, but appartment No. 3 has a really great balcony with a beautiful view.

We can recomment this property and will surely come back.

Parfait

Appartement penthouse copie conforme aux photos, très lumineux un peu trop le matin dans les chambres car les fenêtres et velux ne disposent pas de stores.

Reveil 8h le matin avec les cloches de l'église.

Vu très agréable depuis la terrasse qui permet de connaitre en 2 secondes le temps de la journée.

Cuisine très très bien équipée.

Bonne literie par contre que des lits simples pas de King Size pour les amoureux :-)

Appartement très calme en cette periode de l'année, proche de tout, restos, mer, marchés ...

La seule mauvaise impression sont les tâches sur les canapés et fauteuils et les joints noirs des salle de bain.
