About the property

A bright spacious apartment on the top floor of a beautiful Belle Époque villa. Perfectly located for restaurants, cafes, beach, railway station, bus and shops. Everything is only minutes away. A lovely comfortable sitting room, two large bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with a Romeo and Juliet balcony. The other bedroom has two single beds with a small balcony. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four people.

Excellent property in excellent location

This property is one of the best properties we have stayed in to date. The property is very clean, spacious and exceptionally well stocked (we wanted for nothing. We don't bring a car when we come down to Nice as we know the public transport is so good, this occasion was no exception (and the buses now have aircon!).

Kim is an excellent owner, providing all the essentials and a lot of information about the surrounding areas, travel and restaurants (we loved Pignatelle for something a bit more French).

Beaulieu we know well and love as it has a great beach for the kids, lovely restaurants for all the family and you can get most things you need from the shops and market.

We will definitely be returning at some point, I can highly recommend the property.

Sunny, well-situated spot in Beaulieu

We were doing our RYA Day Skipper practical in Beaulieu, and needed a place to stay. Kim's flat was the perfect spot. Sunny, roomy, well-equipped and immaculate. Comfy bed, a short walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants - we had a brilliant time, and would not hesitate to go back. Booking was very easy; Kim posted us her keys to the UK, and we posted them back on our return.

Lovely accomodation and beautiful scenery.

An extremely well equiped and clean apartment with a contempory feel close to a very pleasant beach, shops, restaurants and an excellent cheap bus/train service to nearby Nice and Monte Carlo. i would throughly recommend the aparment, set in this beautiful area of France. Kim the owner offers a very good customer service too. We had a lovely family holiday there. Lisbeth Jones

Alles was man braucht und mehr

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung (11 Jahre alte Tochter). Man bemerkt schnell, dass diese auch vom Besitzer selbst benutzt wird, da sie über die Erwartungen perfekt ausgestattet ist (z.B. Weinkühlschrank). Von der Wohnung sind es nur fünf Minuten bis zum Bahnhof, wovon man alle interessanten Städte in der Umgebung bequem erreichen kann. Noch näher ist die Busstation, die wir aber seltener benutzt haben. Ebenso sind Supermarkt, Restaurants und natürlich der Strand in Laufweite.

Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich groß genug und kann (entsprechendes Verhalten vorausgesetzt) angenehm kühl gehalten werden. Die Betreuung durch den Besitzer war erstklassig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Nearest Airport : Nice at 17 Kilometres Nearest Train : Beaulieu Sur Mer at 200 Metres Nearest Beach : Baie des Fourmis at 300 Metres Car: not necessary

This bright cheerful apartment on the top floor of a beautiful Belle Époque villa is perfectly situated for all the amenities of Beaulieu Sur Mer. Five minutes walk to the beach, railway station, supermarket and only a few minutes walk to the shops. Nothing is far away. The town has much to offer; shops, boutiques, an abundance of restaurants and cafes to relax and enjoy the magical atmosphere of the chic Cote D'Azure. Beaulieu has excellent transport links. It lies between Nice and Monaco, both only three stops away on the train from Beaulieu. Or catch the bus for only one euro! It also lies next to Cap Ferrat and Ville Franche, again full of wonderful restaurants and beautiful views. The views in the whole of this area are spectacular.
