South Facing 2 Bed, 2 Bath With Breathtaking Sea Views

El Mirador has two bedrooms, one double & one twin. There is a full bathroom with shower over bath and a second walk-in large shower room. The lounge / diner opens onto the south-facing balcony with amazing sea views.

There is a community pool, secure parking, shared roof terrace with brick built BBQ.

The apartment has lift access and is wheelchair friendly.

There is a safe for use by guests.

Facilities include Satellite T.V. incorporating sports channels and Free Wi-Fi.

The apartment block offers its own bars/restaurant overlooking the sea on the ground floor. Very handy for breakfasts!

Nearby facilities include restaurants, bars, supermarkets(Including 24 hour), shops, banks, Internet cafes - all within easy walking distance. A Health-Centre, which also deals with emergencies, is located opposite the rear of the apartment building. There is also an excellent pharmacy close by.

we have stayed at this apartment before so knew what we were getting!

the apartment was clean and tidy and has all you need for a relaxing holiday. The views are lovely and the location was perfect for us with all ammenities close by. The 3 bars/restaurants below the apartment offer a variety of food and all are good value.

the coastal walks are a nice way to lose a few calories! though in some areas, they can be a bit hilly!

all in all, a great apartment and a great location.... no doubt we will return again!

Great Apartment

This apartment has everything you need supplied for you. (The only thing we couldn't find was a pizza cutter lol.)

It's in a great position with seaviews. It is situated over the bars underneath and it did get very noisy when the football matches were on but apart from that it was reasonably quiet.

We were met by a very friendly lady called Grace who showed us around. There was a very good welcome pack waiting for us which was a lovely surprise and very appreciated.

It's a very comfortable apartment with decent furniture. The TV had plenty of channels. The free WiFi was brilliant and fast. The best we've come across in any apartment we've stayed in. It's situated close to all the local amenities. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My only niggle was that we were here for a fortnight so would have appreciated a spare set of fresh bedding that I could have changed myself. The apartment has got a washing machine but I wasn't sure if the bedding would have dried quickly enough. Also some comfier cushions for the patio furniture ?

All in all though we had a very enjoyable stay.

Grace, from our management company, is always very helpful and I think its nice to be met on arrival, when you've had a long journey and don't know your way round yet. I agree the sea views are amazing, and always changing with the light on the water. The bars can get noisy when there's a football match but the bylaws are strictly upheld and enforced by the local police so at least they all close at 12.00 midnight on the dot! I will certainly get a pizza cutter [!] and some more cushions for the patio chairs, thanks for mentioning that. And, it's always possible to ask for an extra change of bed linen from the management company, or to tick the box on the contract beforehand, so I'm sorry you didn't realise that and will try to make it more clear to renters in future. Thanks again for your feedback and I hope you will visit El Mirador again soon as you will be very welcome. Kind Regards Anne

Great location with wonderful views over the sea, perfect for our weeks stay

We stayed at Marinasol apartments for one week to enjoy some Spanish sunshine. The sun did shine & we were spoilt for choice of beaches, from Capamour, to Cabo Roig & beyond to La Zenia.

The apartment had its own parking space, which was secured with a parking clamp in the space when not being occurred by our rental car. Then just a short walk up to the 1st floor apartment, about Moores bar (Spurs fans used this a lot).

The apartment was spacious & clean with 2 beds & 2 bathrooms. The kitchen area was small but we managed, although it was lacking some overhead lighting when cooking in the evenings. The balcony was lovely with views around the bay & sunrise in the mornings over the sea.

Tips for the owner, suggest you invest in some more bath towels & kitchen tea towels (only one). The roller blinds need repairing as very still & the cord gets stuck. Single beds are small & basic, however the double bed was fine, just needs some new pillows.

The whole area seemed very same & secure with a friendly atmosphere. The bars below were a bit noisy at night, but finished at reasonable times.

We plan to return next year as we had a great time.

Nice apartment with fantastic sea views

My wife and I spent a week in Cabo Roig, mid September 2016, and had a great time. The apartment is clean, well equipped (need a knife sharpener though) and quite spacious. The views from the balcony are brilliant, looking down the coast towards the Mar Menor and beyond, and we spent many hours sitting here eating and drinking whilst soaking in the views. The apartment is above a bar with a restaurant on either side, which could be an issue for anyone who wants an early night as the main bedroom faces the front of the building. If you are in to later nights and relaxing over a few drinks – you do not have far to stagger to bed. There are good walks along the coast on good paths and we walked in both directions on one occasion getting a taxi back – a local Spanish restaurateur was very helpful in getting a taxi for us. There is a good clean and well-kept pool at the front of the apartment and Anne provided sun beds, which could be used. Close by there are also some good beaches. There are also a range of shops and restaurants close by on the strip. The local supermarket is about 3 – 4 hundred yards away and they sold the best tuna I have ever eaten.

Anne was very helpful with the booking and was easy to contact via email regarding any questions we had about our stay. We arrived very late 23.30 when we finally got there and the key holders Dan and Grace met us. They were excellent in getting us in and settled. We made contact with them via text before we arrived and asked them to buy some milk and cornflakes for us, which they did as part of the welcome pack with a few beers and some wine. The apartment also has its own parking space which I could see being very useful in high season – not an issue during our stay.

We found everyone to be helpful and friendly. This is a great little apartment in a really nice seafront area.

Its a great idea and I will ask Grace and Dan to get us one. So glad you appreciated the ever changing sea views down to the mountains behind the Mar Menor.....its so relaxing just to sit and watch the sea....and great you tried the coastal walks too. Both favourites for many of our guests and ourselves too. The bar and restaurants below the apartment are certainly convenient and between them offer a variety of Spanish and British food, at very good prices and without venturing far from home. They are family orientated and thanks to the very strictly upheld bylaws they all close down by 12.00 each night so there doesn't tend to be an issue with noise which can't be heard from inside the apartment anyway. This is our second time staying at Anne's apartment at El Mirador and I can honestly say that this is the best with no exception.

If like us you enjoy sea views with the beaches on your doorstep then this will be for you. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need from satellite tv to all the comforts of home. Anne's management team Grace and Dan were very welcoming and helpful. We shall definitely be booking again for next year.

Had a lovely week with my daughter first time that we have stayed in the area the welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch would recommend for anyone that wants a quite break away the key management (Dan And Grace ) were there to greet us and we're very helpful overall a really nice holiday

is located on the sea front,with magnificent views over the Mar Menor, adjacent to Cabo Roig village and Campoamor. The area boasts numerous modern bars, restaurants and shops. There is a Thursday market, right outside the apartment with local produce and a colourful atmosphere. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty with magnificent beaches, rocky coastlines and fascinating salt lakes.

Within a 5-minute drive there is the new (November,2012), LA ZENIA BOULEVARD SHOPPING CENTRE, which is the largest shopping mall and leisure centre in the region. There are more than 150 shops including: Primark; C&A; Decathlon; Leroy Merlin; Auchan as well as Alcampo (the Spanish supermarket giant). There are numerous restaurants and plazas with long opening hours throughout the year.

Other Activities: Snorkeling, go-karting, horse-riding, water park, scuba-diving, hot-air ballooning, Mar Menor Cruises, helicopter flights, spa/fitness centres, ten-pin bowling.

Local area: The lively town of Torrevieja with its street markets and resident funfair, cosmopolitan shops and restaurants, is 8 km away. Buses are available hourly during the day to Torrevieja, Cartagena and Alicante.

Elche, Murcia and Cartagena are all within a hour's drive. each town has its own special Spanish flavour and a visit is recommended.

The theme park 'Terra Mitica' is approximately one hour's drive away. Local activities for all the family include horse-riding, go-karting, scuba-diving and sea-fishing.

Health: Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, gymnasium, sauna, bars and restaurant.

The area is ranked as 'the healthiest place in the world to live' by the World Health Organisation. The bracing sea air, together with the salt lakes, encourages a variety of exotic wild life - all on your doorstep!
