A well-situated and well-equipped lflat.

Situated in a beautiful old square in the heart of Caen. Convenient for the abbeys the château, the many excellent restaurants and bars.

Central Caen

This is our second stay and like before, we had a lovely time. The apartment is excellent clean and in an ideal. Position for all local amenities. A fantastic selection of bars and restaurants. This is a very comfortable apartment.

Great Location

The location of this apartment is excellent. We can recommend Café Mango for excellent meals (especially the langoustines). Monoprix, Castle, Beaux Arts not far to walk. Excellent bus service from nearby Hotel de Ville stop: easy to get to station, airport, Memorial museum etc Sadly we didn't meet the owners so it seems we missed out there according to other reviews but the check in and out was made very easy courtesy of his lovely neighbour, Gérard.

Caen Apt @ Great Location!

We loved the apt! The location was fantastic! In the middle of everything but surprisingly quiet. Great light! The kitchen was well equipped for us DYI'ers. Jean-Francois and Jocelyne were very gracious hosts. When we arrived with a larger hire car, they accommodated straight away us by letting us park in their "garden". And the almond cookies Jocelyne made were quite lovely! Thank you both for making our Caen/Normandy stay very, very memorable!

Comfortable and elegant

Just back from 2 weeks in Caen at this excellent flat. An unusual warning to would be renters-the photos do not do it justice. This is a very comfortably furnished and stylish apartment in a very central yet quiet location. Elegance is the appropriate word for the flat and the square outside. We went in very cold weather but heating was perfect. The owners are very nice people who looked after us well and provide lost of small extras that are not expected in this type of renting but do make difference. We were given wine, beer, and things like tea bags and coffee, tissues and bread, milk and cakes and more that 2 toilet rolls! I would recommend a nearby Boulangerie in Rue Caponiere ( OK I admit my sister in law) for excellent products of both France and England and English spoken.
