About this property

Cottage by the Sea is a wonderful renovated and professionally decorated 1,300 square-foot oceanfront condominium that has three bedrooms and two full baths. It's located on the top floor of a five-story, 50 unit condominium complex with elevators and laundry room on each level. Our unit balcony is within 50 feet of New Smyrna’s NO DRIVE beach. Welcome to our Cottage by the Sea!

~ Fully stocked updated kitchen with shiplap and open shelving featuring stainless steel appliances, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, blender, mixer and cookware. A pantry for storage and ample dishes for meals. Great views of ocean!

~ Open concept dining room and living room with new leather sofa's in 2022. Completely updated furniture, décor and accessories with gorgeous views of the ocean as your relaxing on the sofas!

~ Beach supply closet located near elevator stocked with beach toys, beach chairs, umberella, and more!

~ TV with cable are provided in living room. Wi-Fi is FREE and available throughout the condo! Cable TV in master and 2 new ROCU Smart TV's in second and third bedrooms. Our Spectrum APP can be accessed for all our current cable stations along with Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc that can be accessed with your personal accounts. Several free apps are also available!

~ Private balcony with freshly replaced loveseat and 2 chairs (in 2024) providing a panoramic view of the ocean. A perfect space shuttle launch viewing area. For your safety, a red lifeguard station is located (seasonally) on the beach directly in front of property.

~ The Master Suite offers a king size bed (new mattress 2024) with updated full bath with walk in shower. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and southerly views from the privacy of your own bedroom.

~ The second bedroom features two sets of bunk beds and a south-facing window provides full view of the pool and ocean. Freshly replaced mattresses 2024.

~The third bedroom has King bed (new mattress 2024) with the lovely south facing pool and ocean view.

~Building sits DIRECTLY across the street from a great shopping center that takes a 5 minute walk. It features a Dollar General Marketplace (which has groceries!) CC’s Waffle House, a great local breakfast/lunch diner, Nail Salon, Liquor Store, Beach Novelty Store, French Bistro, Italian Restaurant (one of our favorites) and Laundry Mat. Almost everything you might need within walking distance!

~ 60 miles from Orlando featuring Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and many other major attractions.

Wonderful condo!

Condo was great! Beds were so comfy! Perfect ocean views from our balcony on the end unit! Condo had everything you need! We used the umbrellas, beach cart, beach chairs and coolers every day. Someone previously wrote a comment about the residents being unfriendly, but we found them to be very friendly! The location was good and the little grocery store/liquor store across the street were so convenient! If vacationing in that area again would definitely rent this condo!

Perfect Spring Break

We just got back from a fabulous vacation! The condo was spacious and clean. We loved being so close to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. I would highly recommend!!

Slice of Heaven

This condo rental is one of our favorite so far. The condo was clean, pretty and well stocked. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area marvelous. We enjoyed the way the pelicans would cruise by our balcony….at eye level. Being on the fourth floor, we were able to watch dolphins and boats on Atlantic. But the best event was spending the day a NASA, then watching the Artemis rocket with 4 astronauts launch to the space station. It was unbelievable. We watched from our balcony once again. I do have to mention the beautiful sunrises. It never was the same. But an added bonus was the moon rises! Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your special cottage,

We are so excited to have just bought the beach condo of our dreams! We are two families from Kentucky that were brought together by fate in 2014. We own a local furniture, home decor and design store in Richmond, Kentucky called Cottage on Main. We have always dreamt of owning a beach property so we decided to expand our business and share our little slice of heaven with you. Why they chose this property

Divine intervention! We were staying in a friends condo in Port Orange and our girls quickly wanted to be closer to the ocean. We scrambled and found an available oceanfront and adorable condo in Hacienda Del Sol 1 and upon arrival FELL IN LOVE! We had the most relaxing vacation ever. The views are truly amazing. We loved the fact that we were steps from the sand and when we got hungry or tired, we would walk two minutes back into our condo to recharge. This small condominium complex is family friendly and the beach was never over crowded. We also appreciated that there were no cars on the beach and there is a lifeguard station right in front of our complex during peak season. Next thing you know we had called a realtor and were beginning the journey of owning our own slice of heaven.

Our condo is such a sweet retreat for our two families and we really hope it is for your family as well. For us, this space allows us to disconnect with the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on the simplicity of God's glorious creation and quality time with each other.
