This beautiful unit is located right on the beach in the highly sought after Sterling Reef Condominiums.

This unit is located on the 10th floor.

Sterling Reef is located on Front Beach Road within walking distance to Shipwreck Island, a waterpark great for the whole family. With multiple waterslides, pools and a lazy river, Shipwreck Island is a great way to beat the heat.

NEWER COMPLEX! Big balcony overlooking the fabulous Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf Coast. This vacation condominium features two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The ocean front master bedroom has a spectacular view of the gulf of mexico and a sliding glass door to the balcony. It has a flat screen tv and KING SIZE BED. Also has a private bathroom with garden tub/shower combo.

In the secondary bedroom there is a twin size bed and also a bunk bed with a twin over full and a flat screen TV.

This complex has a seasonally heated pool with a Large Barbecue both are located Gulfside.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and with access to the ocean front balcony with enough room for balcony dining.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was good. Great location. The condo was nice and very clean. Only issue we had was with the TVs; the one in the living area kept going in and out and the one in the bedroom could only get Prime and it would lose reception off and on.

September Emerald coast Beach days

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really didn’t like going through VRBO to get to Emerald coast destinations rentals. But once I got to Emerald Coast Destination we had No problems at all. Easy check in. We had a great time great views, great room, The room was exceptionally cleaned and plenty of towels! We love the location. Parking is not that great, though. I will definitely rent from them again. Great seafood in the area.
