Admiral’s Quay #5 has a spacious sitting /dining room with stereo and cable vision TV. The room is cooled by ceiling fans and it opens out through French doors onto a patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Lagoon with its boat traffic of luxury yachts and smaller craft. There is a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and downstairs toilet.

Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ensuite shower room, built in wardrobes, dressing table and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and its own private waterfront balcony, bedroom 3 has bunk beds. There is an additional shower room that is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

Admiral’s Quay is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a large swimming pool, with stunning sea views up towards the cap estate and St. Lucian mountains.

The rental price includes full maid services, linen and use of the private pontoon on request.

Its is a beautifully quiet location with the sea 5 metres from the patio, beautiful landscaped gardens and swimming pool to compliment the surroundings. The house has been looked after and is a very loved family home, minimal decorated with all the amenities you will need to make for a perfect holiday.
