Charming property on two floors right in the centre of North Berwick

Situated in the High Street this property was built in the 1700's. It is entered by private entrances both front and back. The front opens onto the High Street, to shops ,restaurants and churches and a short walk to the beach. The back door opens onto a small yard which opens onto a carpark.

Recently upgraded it has three bedrooms, one double, ensuite and two with twin or superking. A family bathroom is nearby.

The kitchen is compact but well appointed with washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, kettle, toaster & microwave.

The sitting room/ dining room has a 32 inch TV, WiFi & BT U-vision, with many channels.

We have lived in North Berwick for over 50 years. We went to school here, married & brought up our family in the town.

George & Karen Day purchased this house in 1970

Why George & Karen Day chose East Lothian

This was my family home. When my parents passed away we decided to keep the house, do some renovations and let others have the fun of living in the area. We still live in the town as there is nowhere else we would want to live.

What makes this house unique

The main benefits are the proximity to all amenities. Everyone that visits North Berwick ,loves it. We have several islands offshore which can be visited. The beaches are world class, you can walk along the shore bird watching for at least 10 miles. There are castles, mills, old towns and harbours.

Fantastic property

This was our second stay at the property in 2015 and as usual it did not disappoint. Spacious, clean and well situated in the centre of town.

Surrounded by a host of great cafes and restaurants.

Ideally situated a short walk from the beach, parks and the harbour.

Hopefully we will be back soon.

Excellent flat. Deceptively spacious.

Very well appointed spacious flat. Good quality furnishings. Nice to have basic cooking ingredients in the flat (salt pepper oil etc ) very clean. Would recommend and will return as perfect for visiting relatives.

Fantastic flat

Spent two weeks in this flat, which suited us perfectly! All the equipment you need, very clean and fresh, superb location. The communication with the owners have been simple and good. Our boys stated they could live both the flat and North Berwick, and we agree! Hope to come back soon to this wonderful flat! Six stars from us, thank you Karen and George!
